      Love Mobility Bathworks been buying my tubs through them since 2015. I own a walk-in tub company. Theyve been A great supplier for walk-in tubs and walk-in showers variety of inventory. Thank you, Mobility Bathworks for helping me grow my business.

      I have been purchasing from Mobility Bath Works for over two years now. I originally bought their products through a third-party vendor. I am very happy with their company. They always give me contractor pricing, sometimes they ship my item next day, (always as fast as possible), and I never have any issues with the product. I would happily refer them to anyone! They have also been helpful when I need to purchase replacement parts. ***** is one of the Friendliest people I have ever met and he is very patient. Love doing business with them!

      MB did an incredible job on my walk in tub. They were timely and paid attention to detail. It looks beautiful. And it is now safe and so relaxing to bath. Thank you MB for a job well done.

      Great service. ***** was Very attentive To all my questions and help me out throughout the process of getting my grandma her walk-in bathtub. The tub itself was just the way she wanted it and the installers that Installed the tub Did a great job installing. My grandmother is very picky and set in her ways so for ***** to be so patient with us was a blessing. Dammit I recommend mobility bath works if youre looking for a walk-in bathtub That fits your needs.

      If you know what youre doing, please find a different company to do it with. This is 2024 and I started with my contract January of this year. It is now the middle of July and my tub still is not working properly. The buttons on the top, do not work. And now the motor will not stop running. I have to switch the breaker to off. If they contact you to do an Installation please run. It will never be done properly.

      Mobility Bath Works sent an installer to my home Nov. 14, 2023 to convert my tub to a shower, to replace the sink and vanity, and to replace the toilet with a taller one. The installer made numerous trips to Waco Home Depot and the local Ace store to get supplies that were not sent with him or were the wrong part. The main part that was missing was my shower door which had to be special ordered due to the company owner ordering the wrong size door even though he had access to photos and schematic dimensions of my bathroom. The installer did not know how to get the shower faucet to go to the hot position, telling me that not all faucets would go to all positions. He also left the toilet leaking on the floor due to improper installation of the wax ring.
      When I called the owner about the problems, he sent the same installer back to fix them; and that installer was again unable to resolve the problems. I called my local plumber who did resolve the problems. However, I still do not have the shower door that I requested after 2 months and 11 days. My texts and calls to the owner this week have apparently been ignored since I've not heard from him. And I have paid for the work.
