If I could give a zero star review, I would! By far the worst company I have ever worked with!!

I got approved last year and closed in December. The communication was awful. I worked with Scott and Andre. Andre was the loan processor and literally ignored all of my calls. I tried calling him from my cell all day and FINALLY he answered when I called from my work number (a number he didn't know). He had no words when I said, "Hi, it's Kirstin. I've been trying to reach you ALL day, as well as both realtors."
Eventually, the realtors and myself got so frustrated with Andre, we contacted Scott. I cannot remember Scott's title, but his job was the finalize everything. Scott ended up screaming at me on the phone. Why I put up with that... I have no idea... I think I was just so excited to finally have a home.

Fast forward to today, I get a call from Troy. He said he was calling because he couldn't verify my insurance. I was really confused because I have been paying monthly for homeowners insurance. He said, "I am showing that you have American Bankers on file and I cannot process it. I need to send you a bill."

I explained to him that I have NEVER had American Bankers (literally never heard of them) and I spoke to a woman named Denise prior to closing to get insurance THROUGH TAMMAC.

He told me he would talk to Denise. I asked if he would call me back and he replied with, "I mean.... I can."

I told him I would REALLY appreciate a call back considering I have NO IDEA what I've been paying for, for the last year. I have no idea if I have insurance and that makes me EXTREMELY NERVOUS. NOT TO MENTION, A BILL???? FOR WHAT????????

He said, "yeah yeah... I get that. Ima call you back."

    MY ADVICE. FIND ANOTHER LENDER!!!

Terrible company. Constantly entitled and negative. Never actually has interest in helping you do anything. You have to bully them to get anything done. Every person I’ve spoken to has been super abusive. They have zero professionalism. You are forced to fight with them like teenagers in a school scuffle and be abusive to get ANYWHERE. Even then they laugh at you and mess with your head. “We want to help, but here’s 40 problems you already solved with new problems attached to them that could be fixed by us just communicating and doing the job right the first time.”
The realtor who used them for my home has sworn them off permanently and this is a huge multi community company that is refusing to ever deal with them again.
All of their good reviews are very obviously fake. You can see on websites like Glassdoor, indeed, etc that an hr person is handling their accounts and posting fake reviews. The use of buzzwords that draw the eye as the subject line, followed by company jargon that provides little information or input. The only real reviews are the bad ones. You can tell them apart because the hr posted ones are vague
Their reviews on Google are closer to the truth. Crappy communication, losing paper work and checks, the worst customer service you will ever deal with. They’re pretty determined to go out of business and I hope it happens sooner rather than later.
Going through the mortgage process is an actual nightmare. You explain, “hey I don’t know what’s going on can you tell me so I can fix it” and they call you back at 5 on Friday so you can’t. They will run your credit so many times because they lose your paperwork (and you will submit the exact. Same. Info. Over. And over. And over.) so much that it will destroy any ability to use a different company once you’re past a certain point. They did so much damage to my credit. For absolutely no reason. My co-signer has a credit score of 805. There was literally no reason for them to give us such a hard time.

Unfrotunately when an application lapses, the credit has to be run again. This matter has been taken care of and we do care about all of our customer and applicants. Please reach out to us directly if you have further issues.

I own several mobile home parks and had the opportunity to meet with an individual named Therese. It was a terrible experience and I will never do business with this company as a result of that meeting. I was treated like I was extremely stupid, which I am not. I own several parks and for an employee like her to talk down to me, when I don't need them, is not acceptable. They need me, they want me to send them my customers, not vice versa. They should have treated me with respect, like a normal company would do. If you own any mobile home parks take my advise and do not do business with them.

The market had left us with the option of buying a mobile home. Filled out the paperwork on June6th., received pre-approval on June 9th. Our paperwork was forwarded to another loan processor. Asked for documentation which was scanned and sent by email.
Documentation consisted of income, bank statements, w2s and work paystubs .
Processor called asking for more info which we complied.
Stip letter was sent asking for more info which also complied.
We are 3 weeks into loan processing when loan processor asked for info again because he had lost it. Very unprofessional, wasted our time . We pulled out of the loan and we are currently looking for another place to live. Also have great credit and references and loan is supposed to be based on credit 1st and worthiness to pay. I would think that our rent for 1450.00 a month is enough proof that we can pay a loan of 800$ to own something. Very disappointed and something has to done to correct this.
While we were in the process, the salesman said that Tammac was taking so long that it left another family homeless.
