      I keep getting calls from this debt collector but have never received any debt verification letter or any communication in the mail.I would like all contact to cease until those get mailed to my residence

      Had a very rude gentlmenr call me today at 2pm while my husband was having surgery . I repedidly told him now was not a good time and my circumstance and he continued to read off information about a debt he supposedly had and was extremely aggressive . Im on disability and have a lot of health issues right now and if further contact by these individuals are made I will press harraement charges . I will not be threatened nor rudely talked to about a matter at all . Please refrain from contacting me I have no proof of a debt belonging to this company below is the 3 attempts of contact by the company in one day

      This company calls incessantly and harasses a 90 year old Korean War vetran with dimentia and will not tell us why they are calling

      Payment was made and they say there was insufficient funds which is not true. Asked for the check back claim they dont know where it is. They should have gotten a letter with copy of check to redeposit. Claim they sent to me and I havent gotten anything.

      Thank you for giving Arcadia Recovery Bureau, LLC the opportunity to respond to this consumers complaint. Based upon a review by our Compliance and *********************** we believe the account has been handled properly.

      When the consumer mailed her check to us, it went to a lockbox processed by our bank. They deposited the check through the *** (Automated Clearing House) process, so the actual check never came to our office. We dont receive copies with notices to redeposit, and in this case, we received an electronic communication from the bank that the account could not be found. As such, we do not have anything to send back to the consumer.

      I received a bill from Arcadia and accidentally paid it twice with two different cards.After several attempts to contact them I finally got through to someone and was assured I would be reimbursed for one of the two payments, both in the amount of $299.00.I have not received reimbursement or further correspondence.Account #: ********

      This business continuously calls and harasses me without stating if there is a debt owed, what for, and by whom. This is a scam company.

      Acct ************ balance from township of ****** was sent to this company. I setup a payment plan to pay the debt. I also paid lower macungie township ****** for my current bill. Unknown to me at the time *********************** sent this payment to ARB. I have since made payments on the plan of ****** and ******. I attempted to send an email with no response and left a message with no return call. I did get through to someone and they have no record of my payment plan. They would not put me through to supervisor and expect you to fax items in. I need my payment plan turned off and refund issued in the amount of $242.84.

      I am receiving harassing phone calls and letter in the mail from Arcadia Recovery Bureau dated 1/17/24. The bill is absolutely fraudulent. The reference numbers, amount owed and dates of service that I supposedly recieved the service from the institution Arcadia is collecting for, are completely fabricated. I called Arcadia like the letter says to do, to cease and desist all contact with me, and the rude employee spoke to ******, refused to speak to me and hung up the phone abrubtly, after demanding personal information from me. I want no further contact by this bully of a business to end immediately.

      Arcadia Recovery keeps harassing me about a bill that is a works comps that means I should no been charged in the first place if you know what COMPS means, I called my insurance work company which is travelers and they told me that Arcadia should bill them the amount due which I did I called Arcadia about tree weeks ago from today 01/22/2024 and I gave them all the travelers insurance's information so they can send them the bill. I thought everything was good but not Arcadia send me a mail saying that I owed them money, I called Arcadia today 01/22/2024 around 12:30 and the girl ******************************* which let me tell you she should no be working in costumer services she is so rude and hang out on me, like she needs to learn how to deal with costumers even if she thinks costumers are being rude this is a debt company collectors of course people is going to be upset and mostly when you guys keep harassing the wrong people, anyways this woman told me that they bill travelers company for the amount due because that is what I thought they were doing anyways, so I was confused because how you send travelers the bill amount remaining and I still have a debt it does not make sense, and she was like we can not bill twice and no giving solutions keep telling her I did not care about the $4,000 dollars and now is $600 dollars the point is that is a works comp and I should not be bothered with this matter and she hang up so RUDE! I need solutions, so I called travelers insurance again and they told me Arcadia did not send them no bill so besides that ********* is the most rude person she is a lier, lazy person that do not like to work she just want to call tell people they own money but do not want to deal or be bothered with nothing else, the worse of the worse, almost every employee in this company is so rude for real is other guy that was so rude and hang out o my tree weeks ago too I just do not have his name, get your things together

      I was going through my old mail and found a letter from Arcadia Recovery LLC. They are trying to retrieve some debt from ********* Hospital. This letter was sent to my old address in Massachusetts. I have not lived in Massachusetts for the past 3 years. All my addresses have been updated to the most current. I have been to ********* Hospitals but only in Connecticut. Everytime I have been to the ********* Hospital in Connecticut I have used my Connecticut addresses. I have no idea why I received this letter. The date lists January 21st 2023.
