      I've been acquainted with the SEIDEL group for many years. The Seidel family are some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet - real people! The dealership has been there to sell us (2) vehicles, a ****** and a new 2024 Venue (traded in the ******). Service is spectacular and they always get the job done. Parts is always willing to help you with whatever you need or to make suggestions to help you. All of the salespeople are friendly and very willing to help you in any way possible. There has never been a time that we have been there that people didn't have a smile on their face. I would recommend Seidel Hyundai to anyone thinking of buying a new or used vehicle. GREAT ***********************************

      Was supposed to be a co signer on the purchase of a vehicle from Seidel Hyundai. Without my knowledge, I recently found out that they put me as the primary purchaser. Vehicle was purchased in February. The payment, per their paperwork, stated that 1st payment wasn't due until April. I made a payment in March to stay ahead only to find out that the payment, per Ally finance, was due in March.

      Too whom it may concern.I looked up the due date on the loan and it was 04/19/2024 for the first payment. He bought the car on 03/05/2024. If ****** needs help with the bank he can stop in and see ******************* my finance manager. This is the first time anyone heard about this. ***** Seidel

      Zero stars. I had a recalled engine replaced after the car left me stranded. It is now 3 times that the engine light went on and the car has gone into limp mode since the engine gas been replaced less than 3 months ago. The department does poor service. They don't understand that people have to work and need reliable vehicles. They don't understand that people don't get paid to sit in their waiting room and miss work while they get paid to not fix cars. I would like an apology for the time I've lost and the stress of losing sleep and time because someone is screwing up in their service department and no one cares. I guess that's Hyundai and I will warn everyone not to buy one.

      To whom it Concern,
      I just spoke to my service department, they did in fact take care of Michele C***** this morning. They gave her a loaner car to drive so she does miss work. She did have a New motor replace and was back 3 times after the new motor was replace. We are very sorry that she is having these problems. In no way do we not want to help her. We have to follow Hyundai's lead on recalls. As of 12:00 today a new motor has been approved by Hyundai. We are all very sorry for Michele and we help her in any way. She will have a loaner car until her car is done. I do on behalf of my entire staff Apologize for all she has been through. Jerry S*****
