    I have been living in the house that v2 properties build and it has be non-stop headaches from the beginning. Started with floor, the rooftop, then siding, now the windows are dripping water inside when it rains. Basement flood. Everything in this house is done incorrectly. Their warranty department is a joke, they say you have 1 year warranty but they dont really answer calls. If you can avoid buying their properties, avoid it!

    This company is terrible. I would not rent from them or recommend them to anyone. Throughout the lease term, they were unresponsive with maintenance requests, no notification when our property managers were switched or who they were until we inquired who to contact regarding issues in the home. They advertised the property as keyless entry but refused to provide the code to the building door and the unit door. The dishwasher was non operational due to the water line never being connected, which took months to fix. We did not receive keys to the mailbox and the address we were given is not what is registered with the city. The registration with city has the building listed with only 3 unites labeled in letters and the building has 4 units listed in numbers. They required us to have a key fob that cost $200 to replace, and attempted to charge $50 for a temporary code if we were locked out. The refusal of access to the building passcode resulted in thousands of dollars of stolen packages. When we moved in, the appliances had dents, scratches, and were malfunctioning even though this building was a new build and we were the first tenants. It took multiple service requests before the microwave replaced. Upon vacating the property they deducted water bills which were paid to the rental portal as per the move in agreement. They are unresponsive, and never answer the phone listed on the website. Overall, my worst leasing experience bar none.
