    I saw my long time dentist in June. No issues at all with my teeth. They retired so I called my insurance to get a new dentist. Aspen was one of the only local facilities that accept my insurance and are taking new patients. I scheduled with difficulty as they would not let me schedule further than 30 days out. It took 40 minutes to go back. Waited 20 more to see the dentist. Saw the dentist for less than 10 minutes. Stated I had multiple cavities that need to be filled. Waited 15 more minutes for a hygienist. Under 5 minutes. Told me she didnt have time she had another patient. Waited 15 more minutes for someone to take my to their check out desk. They then told me I need fillings and a hygienist appt. They said I owe $400. I asked for a payment plan. They gave me an iPad that only asked for DOB, SSN and household income. Turns out it was to apply for a care credit card. That was NEVER mentioned. I was told it was to determine a monthly payment. So my credit was affected. She then told me the money wasnt for my current appointment but for the work I need done. I never scheduled that appointment or received services. But the card was charged. I called to discuss this and they said nothing can be done until my insurance has been processed but they cannot say I wont owe them anything. Very rude, deceitful and unprofessional. Never had a worse experience. Now my credit is affected. I had multiple people tell me theyve experienced the very same thing.

    Had to have implant done on front tooth. Went through the process. Ten months and finally was getting completed with crown. Went for appointment and was told dentist didn't feel comfortable doing crown. Took off last sick day and they made me pay when I arrived at office. Was told regional manager would contact me to have completed. She never called I called and left messages and text her. She text me once saying she would call me next day and never called. So they took my 1000$ and I still don't have procedure done or even an appointment date to have done. The office says there is nothing they can do, regional manager won't respond. I have to cancel family photos and lose the deposit due to this. This is a breach of contract I've paid for a service I never recieved.
