    My name is Randall Blunk. I started going to Aspen late last year as I thought their services would be good and they took my military insurance. They told me on my initial appointment that my bill would be under 1000 dollars. Upon completing my x ray session, I was told I needed a 'deep cleaning' that would be much more expensive. In total, I was told all work would be about 2000 dollars. Like an idiot, I did the Dental First financing and continued on with my treatment. In January of this year, I had a very inexperienced female dentist do some work. Her manner was very unprofessional and had her assistants running all over the place looking for materials. Upon completion of the appointment, I was taken back out to the business manager only to be told that I now need a crown on a tooth and now they want another 400 dollars. I t seems that all they want there is money and now I'm into this place for a lot of money. I don't know if I should file a fraud claim with Delta Dental or not, but I feel I should. I am getting another exam at a private dentist this month to see what he says. I would also like to know how I get help with the crooked finance company. Could some one please call me.
