      ?? Consumer Alert ??I want to warn others about All Washed Up Auto Spa **** in *********, **. I visited them once (Uniontown Location) last August while travelingpaid $21.19 for a single car wash. I NEVER signed up for a membership.Since then, theyve been charging my account every month$***** for five months and $52.99 for three more. Thats over $300 in unauthorized charges. I only got 3 months refunded. They still owe me $211.75.Ive filed a complaint with the ************************************ (****) and contacted my bank. If youve had a similar experience, I encourage you to check your statements and report it too. This feels like fraud, plain and simple.

      Everyone please be aware of the new loyalty membership that All Washed Up car wash on ************** is offering. I signed up for the monthly membership but cancelled it before my month was up and they still charged me the $43 for the membership. Its been going on 2 weeks now that Ive been calling them trying to get my refund for it and it still hasnt gone through. When I originally called on the 19th of June to cancel it I was told my membership was cancelled and I wouldnt be charged for the next month, then the 21st of June is when I looked at my bank account I saw that I was charged the $43 so I called and talked to someone again and was told my membership was still active thats why i was charged but the guy said he for sure canceled it and refunded my account but it would take 3-5 business days for it to go through. Were now on business day 6 and it still hasnt been refunded so I called again this morning and they told me they switched the company they use to process credit cards and my refund wasnt processed until late last week so now I have to wait ANOTHER 3-5 business days to see if the refund will go through. Everyone I have talked to has been really nice but this process has been incredibly frustrating!! I just wanted to warn people so nobody else has to deal with this ************
