I recently purchased a 2015 ****** Outback from Lehigh Valley Truck N Auto, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. From the very first day, the vehicle showed mechanical issues. I contacted the dealership multiple times in good faith, hoping to come to a reasonable resolution. Despite my effortsincluding bringing my own replacement partsthey were completely uncooperative.Instead of helping, I was met with disrespectful and hostile behavior, particularly from individuals named ******* Amjad, and *****. My attempts to resolve the matter peacefully were ignored, and I was eventually told not to return to the dealership, even though it had only been one week since the purchase. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a business that should stand behind the vehicles they sell. Im sharing this to warn others to be cautious when considering doing business with this dealership.

Customer felt there was issues with the vehicle that he bought. He offered to the buy the replacement parts on his own. We reassured the customer that we would gladly relook at the vehicle once the manic was back in the shop. The customer came after 4 when the shop was closed and Monday was a holiday. We only followed his wishes on have the vehicle fix, even though there was nothing wrong with the vehicle other than being a used vehicle.

It is misleading and omits critical facts.Timeline Accuracy: I visited the dealership within 72 hours of purchase, not after 4 when the shop was closed as claimed. In fact, I made multiple good-faith visits, including one on Monday (May 19), and personally spoke with both ***** and ****** regarding the transmission issue. I even brought my pregnant wife with me to pick up the vehiclehardly the behavior of someone trying to escalate a **************** Confusion and Misinformation: At the time of sale, **** mistakenly gave paperwork for a 2011 ****** showing no accidents. I only realized it was a 2015 model when signing, with visible signs of prior damage (dented body, mismatched headlights). I flagged this immediately, and was told not to worry because it had no problemswhich turned out to be *********** and Labor Paid by Me: I spent $150 on transmission fluid, $80 on spark plugs, and $100 on labor to help diagnose the problemnot because I was told to, but because I wanted to be cooperative. Still, the dealership remained dismissive and ultimately told me not to return after I voiced concerns, even though I did so calmly.Hostile Behavior: I was met with verbal abuse and false accusations by staff when I tried to follow up. I never raised my voice nor acted inappropriately, and I challenge the dealership to provide any evidence to the ************** Note: I have already provided documentation and videos to the PA ************************* The dealerships consistent pattern of minimizing customer concerns and dismissing legitimate complaints is also visible in other online reviews. I stand by my experience and encourage others to exercise caution.

I wouldn't call this a dealership I would call them scammers, shining up cars and clearing codes as shady as they can so they can sell you the vehicle then you have to deal with all the issues that they know about and lie. Pretty sure from what a trusted mechanic told me they had an illegal o2 spacer installed on my car to stop flagging the check engine light
