  I wanted to cancel within 2 days of signing for a partial bathroom remodel. This was 12/18/24. I repeated calling daily when I did not receive the promised phone call from ***. I never did receive a phone call. Instead, he sent a phone text and expected me to be happy with that. I was not impressed by this in the least. He will not cancel unless I pay for supplies, mind you, not yet ordered as of when I called. I called right away so I don't believe I should have to pay for supplies that were never ordered.

  Very bad communication and do not adhere to the time frame they quote. We were without a kitchen for 5-6 weeks when they originally said a week and we settled on a more reasonable 2-3 week frame. Worker left on vacation and no work was done. No supervisor contacted us. Late scheduling of countertops caused another week of no work. Contractors also reinstalled plumbing incorrectly causing me to get a plumber later. The shame is the kitchen looks nice. But the company is poorly run.

  I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We recently had a new shingle roof and gutters installed and what a joke that was. First the crew that shows up is two guys (supposed to be 5 guys).. then during installation it starts raining so the two guys take all their stuff and leave our roof, no shingles and the plywood exposed til the next day when they come back. Then the gutters and downspouts they installed were either too long or too short and jammed into place to make it look like it ‘fit’. None of them were correct and each and every gutter and downspout was missing proper elbows and attachments.
  We call to complain to the office, they give us the run around ‘yea we’ll fix it by end of day Wednesday at the latest.’ Wednesday comes and goes so we call in the evening, they tell us Thursday morning at 7:30 they'll be there. Jokes on us again because they never show. We call the office at 8:30, the woman tells us, 'on they should be there any minute.' YEA RIGHT. 9:30 comes, i call the office YET AGAIN, she tells me this time 2 minutes they'll be there. so my
  response to the idiot woman at the office who answered the phone was, "should i just call back in another hour when they don't show up? LOL" Del & Colby eventually show up and I will say they did a great job fixing the other moron's mess who did the first gutter job. Hopefully next rain storm we have no issues. what a waste or thousands of dollars for a job a monkey could've done better. Next time I’ll have to read further into the buried bar reviews on a company.

  Had a new roof put on in April. Noticed vent on roof peak was coming off, nails pulling out were very visible at ground level, our house is 2 story. They called back the same day and were there to fix it 2 days later. We thought we had asked for screws instead of nails because of high winds in our area. They agreed and screwed them in.

  Had windows done a few years ago and now just had our bathroom renovated!! Couldn't be happier!!!!! Not only did these guys go above and beyond in helping my husband and I design, but that were so on top of things n communicated every step of the way. I'm not sure why they recieve so much hate below. .. if you dont know how contractors work then just say that. I couldnt be happier with our bathroom

  2 year ago my grandmother needed her roof replaced right before Christmas due to leaking that had started. I was bracing for impact as to what to expect after hearing horror stories of fly by night companies. After reading reviews & talking to people I knew, I contacted American Remodeling for an estimate. They were upfront, honest, & gave me a price much better than the other 2 companies I contacted. I was surprised how quick they were to come out & get the work done. Her new roof was on before Christmas day & has held up wonderfully. They made sure I felt confident in what she was receiving & I've actually contacted them to do work at my home now as well. Very pleased with everything this company has done for my grandmother & excited to see what they do for my home next. Their office staff, sales representative, & installers were all wonderful to work with!

  Company replaced my house roof. A few years later built a roof over my patio and extended my patio. Both jobs went amazing! Highly recommended

  We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again.
