      I ******* the company to get my ******** EIS(ignition) and key fob programmed. I sent my items 8/24 they received them 8/25. since then i have called emailed and text all contact info. I have only be responded to once and nothing since it has been almost a month they have had my items and can not drive my car because they have my items. I have asked to just send me my items back, also with no response. I do not mind paying for services if they have completed the service. They have my card info. I really would like my items back so i can seek service somewhere else.

      I was contacted August 18th by the manager. It seems as if thing are rolling now. I paid for services so hopefully i should get a delivery of my items.

      Since i paid there has been no response. Was told i would receive a tracking number. Have not received one yet. This ridiculous, it has been over a month for something there sight says 1-2 day turn around. I am really upset!!

      I received my items on 9/22. I made a video of me opening the package. I was highly disappointed. The two keys i paid for to be programed to my car in my opinion were not programmed. I spoke with a tech and they were suppose to call me back on 9/23 and did not. I am contacting them monday 9/25 in hopes for a resolution.

      I paid $945 for a ** Diagnostic and programing computer on 7/24/23. I paid from my business checking account thru ***** since we couldn't get the credit card payment to work. I have called, emailed and texted many times to see when I would receive it, but no one ever called back. I talked to one person who answered the phone, and he said he would find out what happened, and would try to find the tracking number, but he never called back. Other than him, no one answers the phone. I just want my computer. If They don't deliver it, I will assume this is fraud, and wish you could do something about this.

      placed an order with this business on may 16, 2023. for purchase of two diagnostic computers and still have no received the order. only hear promises and been given faux tracking numbers.

      I have place an order with the business on May 27, 2023. I have made about 15+ phone calls and no return call or answers. I have e-mailed them about 2 or 3 times. I have message them about 4 or 5 times. I was told numerous times my order would be shipped out and has not nor have I gotten and answer. They have been paid and money has been withdrawn from my account. I have NOT filed for small claims court yet, but if this is not resolved by months end I will. I am not mad or angry, just very annoyed. I am looking for my product and customer service that they promised. If it can nit be provided then just a refund. I do have screen shot of the message and I have copies of the e-mail. Was initially told the product would be shipped out in approximately 2 weeks of them receiving money. Then was told it would be shipped out at the start of the month. I have yet to receive a phone call or e-mail.

      Dear BBB, I am writing to file a formal consumer complaint against InstaCarKey regarding an unsatisfactory purchase experience and their failure to provide adequate customer& tech support. My husband is a 68 year-old retired mechanic, & I am 65. Our only source of income is social security. We can’t afford to take our car to a shop, which is why we purchased a scanner programmer from InstaCarKey on March 24 for $850. This purchase was meant to enable my husband to address and repair our vehicle that failed inspection in February. The complaints are as follows: 1. Delayed Delivery: We were initially told the scanner would be sent on Mar. 29, with tracking info provided. However, the item didn’t ship until April 18, & received on April 20, significantly exceeding the initial promised delivery timeline. 2. Lack of Communication & Support: Between Mar 22 & June 23, numerous calls & messages were sent to InstaCarKey to inquire about the shipment & later to seek tech support for the scanner. While the company made promises of returned phone calls, the few times they did call, were of no help at all. No instructions for using the scanner were provided, adding to the frustration. 3. On June 13, after persistent efforts, we finally spoke to a rep who appeared to be from their tech support team. They attempted to assist with setting up the scanner but suggested a remote session. However, promises of a call back to schedule a session were repeatedly broken, & we never received support or guidance. This entire ordeal has caused distress & inconvenience for us, & the lack of response & unfulfilled promises from InstaCarKey have left us with an unusable scanner. We kindly request your intervention in resolving this matter & securing a full refund of $850 for the scanner. The equipment has proven to be of no use to us, & we feel misled & taken advantage of. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s office of PA Sincerely, ***** & *****************************

      I attempted to get a copy of a key fob for a 2021 ********. After more than a month I asked for my key back. The business started arguing that the delay was my fault and I didn't order it right. I frankly don't care who's fault it is...I just want my key back. I was told it would be mailed but have not received it and the business will not answer my inquiries.

      I was scammed by this company! sent them my ignition module off my car to have them make a new key, supposed to take 3-4 days once they receive to program and send back with a working key, simply reconnect the ignition module and new key should work (plug and play) as per ******. Company held on to my Ignition module for OVER 6 Months , I was able to get through to them a handful of times (4 or 5) during the 6 months, made 1000's of calls, emails and ******** text chats. I have been lied too ignored and misled time and time again. Finally after threatening to sue them I was able to receive my ignition module and "new key" back 2 months ago. To My dismay the new key did not work!!. I was able to reach **** 2 months ago after calling another 100 or so times and he assured me it was plug and play and will check for a solution and never got back to me. I was able to reach an anonymous person that answers this companies ******** chat service and this person assured me that they are working on a solution and that they will probably send me something to connect to my car to remotely diagnose the issue. That was a month ago!! for past month I have called a few hundred times more and no response. The only few times I got a response via the anonymous ******** chat, the rep was to tell me they are closed for snow! I have lost Thousand upon thousands of dollars having this car sit and not be able to be moved due to them having my ignition module and now not working key they got paid to produce. I Need this matter Fixed ASAP either with them sending me a remote diagnostic tool for their techs to diagnose and fix the issue or send a tech to my home and fix the issue. But at the very least answer the phone as I have called 1000's of times and was only able to connect 4-5 times total. When I was able to speak to them on the phone they lied to me , yelled at me, threatened me and even laughed at me . This needs to be addressed immediately before I persue  this to the full extend of the law!

      I originally ordered a replacement key for my car because I had lost the original after several days I seen there was no change to my order status so I contacted the company and ask them if they had an update they then told me that the item had shipped after several weeks of no package I once again contacted and was told it had shipped this happened several more times so after a month of nothing I once again contacted the company and the first reply was that the item had shipped I then proceeded to tell them that I had been told this for over a month and it shouldn't take this long for a package to reach Tennessee from Pennsylvania and asked for a refund. Since then I have contacted several times about a refund and I cant get anyone to return my emails or call! I just want my money back so I can find a real place that can actually help me this is just flat out scamming people

      I ordered and paid $200 for a key to a ******** **** I have the receipt number but when I access their website to check the status of my order it says that I don't have any order. Has been 3 weeks since I placed the order but nobody ever sent me an email about it. I emailed them without any reply. I called but no response. I just want to make sure if I ever going to receive my order otherwise I want my money back.*****

      I paid them to create 2 chipped car keys for my vehicle. The keys did not work and they gave me the run around for 4 days and refused to fix the keys. I paid $190 on 10-27-2022 and both of the keys are defective.When i tried to resolve the issue the man on the phone was belligerent and called me names that were completely out of line. They claimed to have 12 employees but did not have enough staff to fix the job.Unfortunately, i paid with cash and the receipt they gave me does not actually have their company name on the head. The keys are defective and can't even be kept as spare keys.I had to hire another company to do the job and they got it done fast and right. The other company that made the working keys told me Instacarkey did the same thing to another person in my town last week and left them with 2 non working keys that he was not able to fix.
