      I ordered a **** laptop from them for ****** on December 8, 2024, after many phone calls and emails I received it shipped January 15 ******************************************************* shipping number I didn't get a refund or tracking number then in response I was told another lie that they had to put a trace on it..this company has a very bad track record and is a SCAM.

      It is 8/02/24. I ordered a GMC toughbook for $900 5/18/24 $936 came out of my account 5/19/24. They refuse to return calls, refuse to return emails, once I finally got a call back they refused to refund my money! Good luck with the police, sheriffs ****** and state police are the same, zero help! Its a miracle theyre still allowed to operate. I own 2 businesses and dont see how people can get away with or sleep at night being this way. Just stay away. 30 years in business and Ive never seen anyone like this. Also I had to screen shot my bank statement as they never sent a receipt. Be sure to document time stamp screen shot all attempts of its too late for you like it was for me

      Ok, I'm going to post this so ALL of my friends on ******** can avoid this place. I INSTACARKEY, *****************************************. Do NOT go there. I went there to purposely get a key fob programed, during this he said that I needed two sensors and he would also have to pull the radio out so he can program the fob. $265.00 and two days later the sensors are in but the key fob doesn't do anything. $80.00 of that $265.00 was supposed to go for the key fob. He blasts me saying "NO The $265.00 was for the sensors and labor".So please avoid this ***** at all costs. In addition he never gave me a receipt for the work and every time I try to reach him he ignores me. Never again. Zero stars and thumbs down for this place.

      Told mec1 or 2 days for a new car key, took 11 days. Charged me $50 more they price quoted.

      Have tried to contact them daily for the past 3 weeks and have only gotten thru once. I was told that they would look into my request and I would get a call back within minutes but never did

      I sent in a key fob to get cut and programmed the last week of march there was no mention of sending in a part from my car. I called the next week to see if they received it no call back checked with usps they got it called again Friday no call back sent email to company address no response finally posted a bad review on google the district manager called me I called back he gave me the runaround I told him multiple times I just wanted the key fob back he kept saying he wanted to make it right I kept saying just send back my key fob finally I just hung up and I just filled a complaint with the pa state attorney general office I know they didn’t charge anything but I still want my fob back I never bought it from them

      Mailed parts to them to have a new key made in mid February. They claim 1-2 day turn around. It is now May and I can't even get a response from these people. No key. Will not answer the phone. Will not return voicemails. Will not respond to their Facebook page. Only positive is they haven't charged me yet.
