    to who it may concern, i am writing this because I am a patient of Valley Home Care for two weeks after the nurse aid quit, they couldn't find another for the next week one day a person for seven hours another day for four hours, one day when I was left by myself cause they had no aides, shirts fell off the electric chair fell into the wheel and go stuck, it was at 3pm my fancies doesn't get home until 12am so i wasn't going to sit in one spot for 9 hours so i drove around stuck int he wheel, and it scratched my floors doing so, contacted the company for the two weeks and got the run around, with the *******, she told me to contact *** in the HR department, not to be able to talk with him, he doesn't answer any of his calls or even call back either or leaves no messages, want to know what they are going to do with my floors for 3 1/2weeks, can you check into this matter for me, Thank you ***************************** can be reach at *************

    Good afternoon,

     

    I have looked in to the matter regarding ******************, and believe we are not liable for the floor damage.

     

    While his caregiver did not come we did send replacements only for him to send them away,

     

    We should not be liable for the floor since it is a issue that could of happened out of the hours we service, and the fact he sent away replacement Aides.
