    This dealership is the worst, stay far away. I bought a 2019 Hyundai kona in July of 2022, a month shy of 3 years. I went in as a single, female college student with a large cash deposit and thats all that should be said. I was taken advantage of completely. What I bought: a platinum coverage warranty through the dealership, "covers" breakdowns, engine issues, mobility issues, rental coverage if needed in the event of a breakdown, FULL COVERAGE Issues: I owned the car for 8 months and the rear axle broke down, I had called the dealership and they said it was not covered under warranty. I went through 4 sets of new tires in addition to the actual mechanical repair, that was a little shy of 4000 through my private mechanic. OUT OF MY POCKET. Current issue as of the past 3-6months intermittent, now consistent check engine light, DC hyundai diagnostic showed a bad cat converter 2800 repair, suspected upcoming engine failure but wont diagnose that without a "combustion test" 800 testing fee, if the engine needs to be replaced well over a 5000 bill in total for everything.I was told to contact hyundai corporate about my warranty because they dont think anything is covered with what I have, come to find out they lied and the warranty is through them, THE DEALERSHIP. Warranty coverage: NOTHING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. I have been calling with no communication as to what I need to fulfill my end of the warranty, no texts, emails, nothing. I've spoke with the ** ******, not helpful, I just get brushed to a service manager **** who Ive yet to speak to because of lunch, errands, etc. I tell them im a nurse aide I work at 3 call me before 3, they called me once at 5/6. I am over this whole thing, the car is running like garbage, I do not feel safe, and Im about to pursue legal action. This dealership is just as bad as the car they sold me wrapped up in a package of lies and bad customer service. The best result I could ask for is that they back up their product.

    2 days in a row I receive letters from this place for my daughter and I to get us in a better vehicle. Claiming to pay off our current vehicle loan. It's a scam through and through. Unless your rich they don't want to help. I will NEVER go to this place ever again
