    They don’t back the product or work but they take the full payment and your left with damaged product and have to fix it your self

    This is a Manufacture defected product . Only Customer and Manufacture are involved in processing a complaint . We tried our best to to get in touch with manufacture but they only asked to speak with customer . We did all we could from our end . We offered manufacture to replaces defected items at no extra cost as long as they provided the material needed , still refused to speak with us or our providers . This is a situation out of our control.
