    **** helped me on the online Chat starting around 11:15PM and finished 3 chandeliers later, at 12:00AM. She was exceptional, given the time it was. She was personable, knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. I remembered her from 3 years ago, helping me with a large project in *********...gutting a townhouse. She just knows her product and does it with a smile, the kind you can feel over the phone:) She has been at NY Lighting for 11 years, and that speaks volumes. They really do offer great pricing, and will work with you, not just for that one sale, but they want to develop relationships that last, and keep you coming back.Thank you!Kimmie

    I have a PRO account and my dedicated Trade agent told me he wasn't authorized to remove a $10.00 shipping charge on an $18.00 item (down-rod for a fan )So, I don't know, does that sound like excellent customer service?
