    Good filters, selection, free shipping and prices. Only issue I had was the ones I wanted came up in search yet when selected they are out of stock. It should say that on the pic at the beginning or show it faded. I tried a few times before I figured it out then I ordered the next size.

    Your price is the best I found but something is wrong with your checkout. It originally had 1 lamp on it which I changed to 8. But it kept changing it back to 1. I had to redo things a couple of times to get it right.

    I just called lighting New York for a replacement shade for one of my pendant lights. The staff were extremely helpful and found me a replacement shade right away. They sent me a quote and I created an online account to pay for it. I was able to get all of this done in under 30 minutes. Exceptional customer service. I purchased 3 because shipping to ****** would've cost more than the shade so I bought 2 extras.****

    AMAZING customer service--generous, convenient return policy that I have yet to see matched by any other online vendors. Also, their customer service reps are helpful and are able to look up helpful info on products, and they are almost always available immediately when I call. There is a slim range of hours when they are not available, which is totally understandable. I always try to buy from Lighting New York because when dealing with decor, you often have to seem the item in person, as the undertones can look different on a computer, and I don't want to get stuck with large boxes that are expensive to ship back. With Lighting New York, they totally take the stress and the financial cost out of the experience of finding the right lamp. I go to their website every time I need lighting, and I only look at other sources if I absolutely can't find what I need at Lighting New York. Thank you, Lighting New York!

    I wanted to know if the product I was purchasing was ** listed and the employee made a phone to confirm the ** listing while I waited. Great customer service! Also received a coupon from them to make my purchase while I was waiting! Doesn't get any better than that! Thank you!
