      I recieved a paper in my mailbox not delivered from my mail carrier about tree removal and trimming. I did have trees I wanted removed and trimmed so I contacted the number provided on the paper. Cris came and gave an estimate in April 2023. I signed the estmate (he said contract) with them on May 12, 2023. He said the job agree upon would be completed by end of June as they were busy. I asked for a week advanced notice of when they would start the job so I could present. Today is July 3, 2023 and have not heard back from anyone. I have texted with no response and called the number listed on the paperwork and on their business webpage. That call produces no ring tone but a odd tone I've never heard before. In the past 3 days i have gotten other estimates that are considerably more money and have been told they can not get to me until late fall due to scheduling. MCS has now cost me my time and more money since pricing has gone up due to inflation and staffing. Along with trying to find another business available to do the job.

      To whom it may concern, 

       In regards to my complaint number ********. I have again met with Cris from MCS tree service and we have mutually agreed on another deal for service. The date has been set for July 24th 2023. At this time I request to withdrawal my complaint.
