      The neighbor behind my property hired MCS Tree Service to remove several dead oaks. Without asking permission (which I would have granted) they had an employee working from my property. We have a vinyl fence separating the properties. It was tight quarters and a difficult job but in the process they dropped some limbs that damaged my fence. Three small pieces were broken. Not a big deal but they failed to even notify us about the damage. I was home the day they were here and watched some of the work they were doing so I would have answered the door. As soon as the cutting was complete they left.I emailed the company about my concerns but never even received a response. Their future customers should know how they conduct business. Im not looking for any payment for damages but would like to get an Im sorry from the company.
