    Placed -and paid for -a pre-order a year ago (Airfix Ferret). The delivery date keeps getting pushed back even though kit was released 9 months ago. I have sent several emails, all have gone unanswered. I finally demanded my money back, still no answer. This place is an absolute scam and would never think of doing business with them again . I see today (8/9/24) one of their other sites ( model discount) is closing down, so I guess this will follow soon. They have done nothing but rip people like me off and then hide behind their email when confronted. Should have suspected something when they wanted the money upfront.

    Terrible. Placed an order on line for multiple scale model kits totaling $203.00 with shipping and never received any of my order. Contacted supplier multiple times in regard to order and was told frequently that a few kits were on back order. A month later, I tried contacting them many times leaving messages regarding my order and never heard back from them. Extremely disappointing.

    I ordered two models and received only one of them. I have written several inquiries but have gotten no replies.
