    I hired ************ to transport my 2023 **** Mustang Mach-E, with an agreed pickup date of April 19, 2025, and estimated delivery by April 24. The vehicle was not picked up until April 21after only 10 minutes' notice from the driverand was delivered four days late, on April 28, again with only 30 minutes notice.Throughout the shipping process, the company failed to provide updates, and a previously working tracking link went offline on April 24. I made multiple attempts to contact ************ via phone, text, and email between April 2528, all of which went unanswered. When the vehicle was finally delivered, I was forced to pay the remaining balance under protest, simply to get possession of my car.This experience reflects a clear breach of the service agreement due to lack of communication, missed timelines, and unprofessional conduct. I submitted two formal written complaints to the company (April 27 and April 30) requesting a full refund due to the material breach of contract and resulting hardship. To date, I have received no response.

    I hired Mercury Transport to transport my mother-in-law's 2002 ***** Tribute to **************. They sub'd to JR Transport. When I requested transport, I told them the vehicle had an issue and would not start. At the last minute my family put in another new battery just to get it on the truck. The car was in perfect condition exterior wise and JR transport's own pictures show that. Upon arrival 1030pm at night outside my development, the ***** was dead, so the driver asked me to bring jumper cables so the hood was up, so we could use a jumper box and stayed up because now I had to bring another vehicle to jump it since he didn't do a "to door delivery". I paid 250 to Mercury (received receipt) I paid 725 cash to JR transport plus 45 tip which I video'd and I never received a receipt, just a confirmation of delivery. The next day in the day light when I saw the bubbled paint on the hood and the haze, I called the driver and he said...old paint. I said no, your own pictures show it wasn't there on pickup and is there now, so something dripped on the hood and there is a gauge in the front bumper. I was told by **** at Mercury to file with JR transports insurance...the insurance company says they have no insurance with them. I spoke to Lark at JR transport, he told me to send info to their email *********************************** yet they will not acknowledge emails from me or Mercury transport. ******* has left this to me to handle, however provided me all the insurance documents so I can go direct. My father in law is a Veteran and will attest the car was perfect at pickup, I'm a Veteran (Retired Colonel) and I'll do the same to state the damage on delivery. I setup a dropbox with the videos of the soft paint and told Lark and Mercury, here is the evidence. ******* (***** and ****) agree with me, JR will not respond. I got two estimates, I'm only seeking the lower value. This car has sentimental value, my mother-***** gave it to us due to her recent stroke.
