    I booked with a broker, scheduled to this company. Scheduled for a pick-up on Tues morning never called never notified me they would not be able to arrive in that window. I called was told rudely they would get it at some point. Two days later was picked up. Rude never apologized for their poor customer service. Waited around two days. Asked for an adjustment for time and service since three days of waiting, rude service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    This company was contracted by the company I booked with. The communication once my vehicle was picked up was absolutely terrible. The driver picked my vehicle up on 10/31 and I was informed it would be delivered by 11/4/23. The day prior, I reached out to the driver for an ETA. He advised he had issues with the trailer and would be a bit delayed; however, assured me it would be delivered Saturday afternoon. In Saturday I called and texted a couple
    Times before getting a response, again still being assured it will be delivered on said day. At 7:36pm after hours passed and no communication I texted again for an eta and was told he would not be able to deliver until Monday (11/6). I gave the driver time hoping he would reach out with an update but never heard back. I reached out to the booking company who advised my vehicle should have been dropped off 2 days prior, which means they were not aware of schedule changes as the driver did not communicate with the company. I asked the driver to keep me updated as I was returning home and would need to contact the leasing office to inform them of his arrival and to arrange to have someone move my vehicle. The day went on again with no communication so I began calling and texting until the company advised he should arrive between 7-8pm. The driver was unreliable and always had an explanation of why he’s always late. This was an inconvenience as I had to rely on someone else to meet him at a later time to get my vehicle. The worse part about this situation is him having an attitude upon arrival then got annoyed when my friend pointed out a mark on my car. Samuel has made this experience absolutely terrible and I would not recommend using this company again. There should be a way to track our vehicle or at least receive status updates.
