I called an insurance sales agency because my work insurance dropped me after six months after my car accident, because I haven't worked 1000 hours. This sales agency was advertising a lower premium than cobra. The sales rep said that I would be able to continue my healthcare and keep my same doctors and providers. I couldn't keep my same doctors. I had an x ray. I was I told I got the xray before my coverage started. I had a visit with ortho arizona and the insurance said it was before the insurance start date as well. I saw my ortho dr at sonoran orthopedics and they told me that my insurance was out of network. I called my insurance and complained, they said that i could add bluecross blueshield with its premium. I just asked for providers in the network. Only one available. This is my ortho for my leg injury. I was seeing ortho az for a related injury. The one provider was ortho az. It was alot of leg work to find a dr in the company that could see me for my knee and foot. I went to my primary care dr, it was difficult to verify my insurance, we were redirected to two or three different numbers to call. I asked my insurance for pt providers, they referred me to ortho az they had a location that didn't have much of a gym and the other location was a new location that was opening and under remodeling. I asked my OCD to help me locate providers near me and in network. They found two. I choose total sports therapy. They verified that I am in network and I have unlimited visits and the coverage is 70/30. After about 15 visits the provider told me that they were not getting paid. They canceled my apps. I called the insurance claims dept. They said that I dont have the benefits my provider verified that I'm supposed to have. I was transferred to member services saying that I do. Claims was saying I can only have three proder apps a year. I been tossed back n forth between claims and members services. One point I got back to claims and they said after the first thr
