      Its just my daughter and I and our heat went out a few days before Xmas of 2024. So my daughter called I think it was Dec. 19th or 20th. Integrity because they were the ones who installed the unit. The guy called her back and he said he would call and set up a time that they would come out and look at the unit. Well days went by and the guy never called back. My daughter called several times and all you can do is leave messages because all you get is the answering machine. Finally I called and left a message and he did call me back. He came out and looked at our unit and said it needs evaporation coil. This was Dec. 30th. He would order one right away and get in touch with us in the mean time he put us on *mergency heat which runs off the electric. There was a cold snap coming and the * heat isnt very warm. We had portable heaters going and electric blankets. We keep calling this guy and he never gets back to us. It is now February 17th and we still have no heat in our house since before Xmas and it has been a brutally cold 2 months the temp. in our house is 51*. I dont know what to do. This part is under warranty. That is why we havent gone to someone else. We cant afford it. Its just my daughter and I and Im on disability. Im wearing 5 layers to be in my house. He wont call us back. The one time he did call back he gave me excuses like he was having problems with his phone or he had the flu. He is a business so those excuses dont work for me. Not for 2 months. Our electric bill more than doubled on this * heat. And it isnt very warm. Please we just want our heat fixed. Please help.
