      The owner of the co came out through the Warranty company to fix our heat pump. He touched the pipes & said it’s working fine. Wasn’t even here 15 minutes. 2 weeks later when we still didn’t have heat, he sent out an employee who said there was actually a problem. He wrote it up as being a pre existing condition so the warranty co wouldn’t cover it. When I tried to speak with the owner about this he was rude. He refused to let me speak, hung up on me & then wouldn’t answer my calls. When I told the warranty co that I wasn’t going to allow them to do the repairs because of his treatment, I was told he refused to do the work & now I’m forced to take a cash in lieu payment which is significantly less than what it will cost me to have it repaired. But honestly, I’d rather spend thousands extra with a reputable contractor than give INTEGRITY another Penny. Stay away from them!!!! They are rude, lazy & dishonest. They both walked in my door complaining that they didn’t like our thermostat system. The only way they can get work is through the warranty company because they are incompetent!!!
