    I have bought a Toyota ****** hybrid within the past six months the truck only has **** miles on it now I've been trying to contact the dealership to get my rims fixed and have scratches on it from when I purchased it I contacted the dealer one week after proper purchasing the vehicle to explain what was going After the dealership taking pictures And contacting whoever they needed to contact with the pictures I contacted them finally after about a week and they told me there was nothing that they were going to do about it.I have contacted Toyota directly they have tried to contact the dealer they have not called them back have not called me back. Other issues that came up I've contacted a dealer with and I've never received the contact or call from the dealer about any of these issues. basically there's five or six issues that I have first one is my rims are all scratched 2nd one my headlights inside the headlights there's water that's inside I have a driver side door that is not aligned with the body the dealer told me that that was not going to be fixed because there's nothing they can do about it I have brought my car in for chip fixes and they don't fix the chips right so I have to bring it back again for that That was a minor issue I have the warranty for the exterior the interior everything and I still don't receive any callbacks or anything that I ask them to do. I would think that I would get better service than this after spending over 70K for a vehicle

    tHE CUSTOMER MADE ME AWARE OF THE **** ISSUE AND I TOOK PHOTOS AND SENT THE PHOTOS TO TOYOTA TO TRY MY BEST TO HAVE THEM COVERED. TOYOTA DENIED THE CLAIM BECAUSE THE ISSUE WITH THE **** IS IN A NON VISIABLE AREA. I EXPLAIND TO MR ******* THAT IT WAS DENIED BUT HE KEEPS TRYING TO GET THEM COVERED. HIS OTHER CONCERN WAS STAINS ON HIS SEATS WHICH HE HAS COVERAGE FOR BUT THE PART NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THE PART IS ON NATIONAL BACK ORDER. HE HAS OTHER COMPLAINTS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED YET BECAUSE HE JUST EMAILED ME THESE COMPLAINTS AND WE WILL HANDLE THEM WHEN HIS SEAT COVER COMES IN. I ALREADY MADE HIM AWARE OF THIS

    They tried to scam me. The finance manager with different rates that were really high with great credit and ran my credit with three banks when I signed off only one bank me and the salesman agreed on. We wrote it on the paper I took pictures off. I took pictures the next day off all the paperwork while the one salesman was hollering at the other one. I want the hard inquiries removed and in the process of talking to a lawyer because I was never shown my credit reports.

    The customer gave us approval by signing the credit application. The hard inquiry can not be taking off by us through the credit bureau. We showed the customer the credit report and he refused to sign the credit disclosure. We quote an average interest rate for everyone

    My 2018 Toyota was towed to the dealership in June 2022 for servicing at Faulkner Toyota Trevose. Repeated calls from the ***** adjuster regarding where they are regarding the repairs have not been returned by the dealership. I attempted to contact the dealership on 8-17-2022 and they stated they are unable to locate the car. Please find out how a dealership cannot locate a car they are in possession of and how why they cannot provide the status of the repair work that has been completed as of 8-17-2022.***** Representative: ***************** ************ Resolution needed:1. Battery keeps dying- what is causing this issue? The car has less than 15,000 miles and the battery has been replaced once by the dealership. The dealership says there is water damage to the car.2. Airbag malfunctioning light comes on once the car starts.3. Repair of a minor dent in the rear fender. I need ***** to provide an estimate so that we can commence work on the car. Thank you for your time.

    In June of 2022, my car was towed to the dealership. On 8-25-2022 the dealership has refused to work on the car. They are stating that there is water damage to the car which caused the car not to start. The battery was replaced by the dealership at least once. The dealership has been unresponsive to the attempts to coordinate the repair work with the ***** adjuster. During this time has the dealership switched out parts? Do I own a lemon now? I live in PA and there has not been a flood in PA since the pandemic started. The car has less than 14,000 miles on it and this dealership has done all of the maintenance to the car since I purchased it. When following up on the issue, the dealership provided misinformation to me regarding the status of the car and their interactions with the ***** representative. Example: When calling the dealership communicated that they could not locate the car. at least twice. I had to threaten to report it as lost or stolen before they could finally locate the car. I would like to know where I can take my car for proper and accurate servicing.
