    I recently had an extremely poor experience with Faulkner Toyota Trevose which turned out to be a complete waste of my time and money. The communication throughout the entire process was abysmal.The initial salesperson **** did a great job in communication and responding to my questions promptly. Once we were closer to the deal, I decided to drive down over 3hrs to see the vehicle I was interested in. In the process, I was initially working with ***** the sales manager who seemed to be extremely busy and uninterested.Upon arrival and inspection, I found a small oil leak. **** and a different sales manager were apologetic and offered to fix the vehicle along with a discount. We agreed on a call the next day to proceed with a deposit.This is where things took a turn. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of ***** and none of the salespeople could help. It seemed to me that they were no longer interested to earn my business. The worst part of my experience was the lack of transparency and honesty. I was assured that a specific car would be fixed, only to find out a week later that they no longer were interested in selling it to me. I even offered a deposit to ensure my commitment to the deal. This bait-and-switch tactic not only wasted my time but also eroded any trust I had in the dealership. I have wasted a day worth of work, gas, and time. I have also missed out on other opportunities believing that this was a pending deal.Overall, the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and deceptive practices at Faulkner Toyota made this the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership if they value their time and money. I highly advise staying away from ***** (used car sales manager) at all costs. Looks like my experience is similar to reviewers below. As mentioned to ***** several times before the negative review, I would have appreciated a courtesy call from GM to resolve the issue and come to terms.

    *****,Sorry you had a bad experience in your shopping for a new vehicle but you had the opportunity to buy the vehicle but due to the negotiation and list of demands the deal did not work out.

    I’m not one to write reviews but this needed to be put out there so this does not happen to anyone else. On March 22nd I had an appointment to go look at a 21 Toyota Supra that was certified. I was fully ready to move forward and brought all info needed to make it as seamless as possible. We agreed on numbers and had one approval from the bank. I was told we were waiting to see if Toyota Financial had a better rate and that the only person that could call was the GM. This was after 5 and I was told that the GM won’t be back till Monday. So we left and were going to wait till then. Paul (our “sales person” if you call him that) called me first thing on Saturday saying the GM actually came in and called Toyota Financial. They told me the rate was better and all this “good news”. Now I also work in the auto industry and told them I work all day since it’s Saturday and the first I could get there would be Monday after my shift. I was told yeah no problem we will see you then. I assumed the vehicle was mine at this point after going through everything and agreeing to purchase. I excitedly texted Paul on Monday morning to confirm we’re all set for pick up later that day. All I got back was..”that car sold on Saturday”…. I called him asking why the vehicle was not held like I assumed would be since I was told we’re all good for Monday. All he said is they don’t hold cars. IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD HAVE LEFT WORK ON SATURDAY AND CAME DOWN TO DO THE REST OF THE PAPERWORK! Super frustrated I called the used car manager “who had nothing to do with the situation but had to express my frustration with. He said he could keep an eye out… I also emailed the GM and absolutely no response. Put in a request with Toyota directly and was told they were going to contact me by end of day that Wednesday. This place does not care about customer experience. Take your business elsewhere to any other Toyota dealer. You’ll just end up disappointed

    We let you know that we did not take deposits at the time. The vehicle was available to purchase at the time you were here but you were not satisfied with the terms.
