  The caller stated, "I want to speak to the person in charge of your cleaning products." After replying that we are NOT interested, the call was disconnected. The caller immediately called a 2nd time and said, "What was that?? You don't want to talk!?? You must be ********* That's it! You're *********" Then CLICK, he hung up.After reading other reviews, we have blocked this number, as it appears to be some type of SCAMMER, and most certainly a VERY unprofessional business, if it really is a legitimate business at all. USE CAUTION!!

  Corey A*** called offering us to test out a product. The next morning emailed us a bill for 12 units of this product that I did not order. I see from the complaint and review that this is clearly a dishonest and deceptive business company and should in no way be able to maintain an accreditation for the BBB.

  This customer never reached out to our customer service, went directly to the ******************** (certainly their prerogative), but the moment we were made aware by the BBB that there was an issue we agreed to pick up the products and credit out the invoice upon return. Sometimes there can be confusion in telephone sales, that seems to be the case here, but we resolved it as quickly as we possibly could. The customer has suffered no harm from this, and we continue to maintain that we have handled ourselves with the utmost professionalism throughout this process.

  Got a call at my property I manage, was told they are wanting to send out SAMPLES for me to try around my commercial property. If I did not like the product or it did not work they would not charge me. Let me tell you. Do not accept anything from them. They sent me an invoice for $235.85 with no option not to pay even after I talked to the manger about my first contact and what my terms were from their company sales rep. *** happy and will never buy from them again!!

  We have never ordered from this company but they keep sending us cases of their product. When we call, you can't speak to anyone and they don't return your call. We don't want the product and can't return it without an authorization label. We find it hard to even dispose of the product and want this all to stop!

  I accepted a "free sample" from Brandon, a sales/customer rep from Delta Products and then my company gets hit with a huge bill from it. We paid the bill and then informed Delta to never call us again. However, 16 months later, I still receive calls and voicemail messages from Brandon every other week or so. I do not recommend dealing with this company and I am shocked at their A+ rating. Truly an F in customer service and communication.

  Cory from Delta Products has called the hotel repeatedly over the last several months, recording calls without our permission trying to get an employee of the hotel to agree to purchase their exorbitantly over priced lights and cleaning products. Todays call was hostile with Cory swearing at me when I asked to be removed from their calling list

  Delta Lighting Products cold called us for a sales and would not take no for an answer. We politely continued to decline their offer for product and they just kept pitching it, making us want it even less. There was no way to get them off the call short of just hanging up on them. No product was ordered, yet we received an invoice and product. Seems to be the general MO for this company based on the previous review posted on this site by others.
