      To whom it may concern, I purchased a **** from your maple shade location 3 months ago. After I purchased it , it needed an oil change immediately (I should have checked) Now the ABS lights are on and breaks are shot. I contacted the warranty company whom told me to take it to the maple shade dealer to get fixed. (It's covered under my warranty) I called this afternoon and the service representative said the next availability it 1 month and 1 week from today. Told him I can't drive the **** and I need to work. He replied that's the only opening we have. I then asked for manager . When manager answered (whom had a very poor and non professional attitude) I asked for her help. She replied Nov is the only apt we have. I asked what am I suppose to do? She replied don't know, this November apt is the only opening we have . This is unacceptable! I can not have my recently purchased vehicle sit for over a month and not go to work. The service manager gave me absolutely no help and or no other option. I'm not sure why I purchased a warranty if I have to wait and not drive my vehicle for more then a month. Can I take it to a licensed auto repair shop and have then contact warranty company ? I called back and spoke to sales . Sales men said I can take it anywhere but warranty company said they car vision in maple shade has to send an approval request to them . The sales guy I talked to did not give me authorization in writing only verbal. Any help you can give I'd appreciate it. *********************** ************

      Tuesday September 19, 2023 My daughter and I came to this car dealership to purchase a car for my daughter. The car dealership lied to us from the very beginning about the car, the amount and the warranty. Not even 24 hours from the date of purchase, the car was returned immediately to the car dealership. The finance manager stated on the phone prior to me bringing the car back. He would switch the car out, cancel the original loan and put my daughter in another car since they lied about the first one. In a period of 3 days. September 19-22, My daughter and I were at this location each day waiting for them to put her in another car. She test drove several cars over a period of three days. They told us on the second day that the loan was already canceled. Come back tomorrow after looking on the website and choosing a car that is $15,000 or less and under 100,000 miles so they can spread the loan out over a period of 72 months. When she chose the car that she wanted, they told her that the car was sold. She found another car that she wanted, but was unable to drive it off the lot because they claimed the original loan was not cancelled yet after telling me that it was. They told me to come back again the next day and they would have the car already pulled around front the loan canceled the paperwork printed up and all we had to do was sign for the new car. When I got there today which is September 22 they told me to have a seat and they will be with me in a moment. I waited for 3 1/2 hours with no one saying anything. I called the bank to find out if the car dealership actually meet the call to tell them to cancel the loan three days ago the bank stated to me they never received a call from CarVision and in order for them to cancel the loan, the car dealership needed to refund the money they would cancel them home and start a new one for the car of my daughters choice. They got frustrated because they were caught in a lie all the way around then told my daughter they wasn’t giving her anything and she had to take the first car. They yelled and screamed at her. They yelled and screamed at me and they call the police on us because we ask them to refund us our money, please give me a call as soon as you get this complaint please my phone number is ************ so I can tell you everything else that took place.       Investigation into this complaint found that the customer brought his vehicle  back to Car Vision Service Department seeking repair of the charging system.

      A thorough diagnostic of the issue was performed on the vehicle and there was no fault found with the charging system. The vehicle charged to the manufacturer's specification.

      Although, the customer disagreed and wanted compensation back for the vehicle. Ultimately, her vehicle went through our inspection process and was found to be in excellent operating condition.

      The Customer took back possession of the vehicle and has been satisfied with it's performance since.

      On 8/18/23, I thought I purchased a vehicle. I say thought because on Labor Day of the same month I was called and told that there was a mistake on the paperwork and that I was charged over a hundred dollars. I came and signed the papers, on 9/16/23, I receive a call from car vision again stating that now my Registration was not signed. At know point I was told that another hard hit would be on my credit score. I came and signed under the pretense that it was for the registration I was never told that they were going to run my credit again. I would have not signed if I was told, I’m a middle age man in the ghetto, looking for a house and I can’t afford two hits on my credit score for the same vehicle. It looks like a scam, if you don’t have a lender with you they feel they can do what they want. This place should be audited, I’m sure there is an issue, I looked them up and there are various complaints. I like the car and I have no problem paying what I have to pay but i know I was taking advantage of as far as interest and the additional hard hit on my credit score. How I was able to drive off the lot? how I was able to get Insurance? The bank had to give the go for me to leave. So why and how was a mistake made? I asked the GM the same question and I was told that the bank did not give enough money for the car, so how was I able to drive off the lot? I feel car vision is running a scam for higher interest rates.

      On Aug 17th went to purchase a vehicle-was told I needed a co-signer. My daughter (19) was made the buyer- on the credit app it said she works @ ******-(not true) the bank never verified the information. Someone from Carvision "legal" called and was gaslighting me telling me this deal should be null & void. He called me back story then changed to I'm responsible because the paperwork was signed. I didn't notice the information until I looked through the paperwork later So many things were happening @ the dealership at once-really didn't notice. The car was a 2021 ******** the #1 car to be stolen in Phila. The car was broken into on Aug 24th. and damaged from the attempted theft. I feel the dealership wanted to unload a vehicle that shouldn't have been sold. The dealership is telling me it's on me - and they are no longer liable for the vehicle. They added false information on an application to gain a sale and I feel taken advantage of throughout this entire ordeal This was the Carvision at the Philadelphia location

      I bought a car from car vision close to 4 months ago! After about 2 weeks I noticed my car wasnt holding any oil. I took it to car vision they did an oil change and a week later the car was out of oil again. I brought it back to car vision their service department explained that I needed a new engine and to take the car to *** I took the car to *** and *** asked if car vision would release the car back to them they would try to get a new engine covered but car vision refused. My car is burning off numerous quarts of oil a week and 100s of dollars worth of gas per week I have also had to miss work on several occasions this car has become a huge unexpected financial burden and has caused a huge set back on my financial stability. I then took the car back to car vision in Norristown PA they kept the car but did no repairs they claimed to have taken apart my engine fixed the pistons and put it back together within a week the car was out of oil again. I reached out to ***************** and he simply said he is tired of dealing with my situation and he no longer cares what happens with the vehicle. Car vision sold me a vehicle with a bad engine they refused to help me I even purchased an extended warranty and they refused to honor it! I haven't had the car four months and I am already in need of a new car. Considering I have a pretty high car loan for this car a new car is nearly impossible. They no longer answer my calls!

      This is my second complaint against car vision. They responded saying they had my vehicle and they were working on it! The truth of the matter is they have had my car for a month and have fixed nothing my warranty company has gone out there numerous times and the first time they were turned away saying Carvision had changed their mind and no longer wanted the inspection for the vehicle. Car vision called me after and asked me for 1500$ towards a 5000$ job that my warranty company would be willing to cover as long as the point of failure was identified! The warranty company went back out to inspect the vehicle and states that Car Vison still has not performed the correct break down of the engine in order to identify the point of failure. This has been an ongoing issue since I purchased the vehicle in April of 2023. So no this problem has not been resolved at all and it doesn’t seem as if Car Vision had any intentions of resolving it!

      I am writing to ask if my former complaint could be reopened. Car Vision keeps telling you that this issue has been resolved and it has NOT! Car vision sold me a vehicle back in April and since time of purchase it has had an engine problem Car Vision after months and months of continuously bringing them this vehicle has claimed to replace my engine with a used one the vehicle was brought to me at my place of employment and within 5 days I had to bring the vehicle back to car vision for service. Nothing had changed with the engine in fact the car has become more dangerous to drive. This newer engine they claimed to have put in came with a 3 month warranty and instead of them bringing the vehicle into the shop to be serviced they told me to just allow the engine to blow! Also at time of purchase I was never given the Car fax report I was given just the first page upon reviewing the car fax in my own time it shows that this vehicle had not been serviced for an oil change since time of first purchase up until car vision took control of the vehicle! Car Vision claims to have serviced the oil 5 days before selling the vehicle to me being fully aware that the oil change they performed was the only oil change in 65000 miles. This issue is far from resolved.

      Car Vision Complaint Escalations Specialist investigated this complaint by communicating with *** ********* and the Car Vision Service Department.

      Car Vision and *** ********* entered into an agreement, signed by both parties on 11/13/23.

      As a resolution to her complaint, it was agreed the customer's old engine which had 78,000 miles would be replaced with a newer engine which only had 36,000 miles and which comes with a 3 month warranty on the engine parts replacement only.

      This agreement also included the stipulation that the vehicle be brought back 3 times for LOF (Lube Oil & Filter) change every 3000 miles.

      The customer has called back in with concerns and wanted to bring the vehicle in for an oil change before the 3000 miles and was instructed not to do so.

      Additionally, the customer further irrevocably promises not to leave or post any negative content in the future. If breached, the customer has promised to pay to Car Vision $5,000 plus Car Vision's legal costs incurred in removing the feedback, as liquidated damages and not a penalty.

      Car Vision, complaint escalations Specialist, has continued to and will continue to work with this customer to resolve her vehicle repair issue.

      As such, the customer's complaint has been addressed and should be marked as resolved.

      Well my husband and brought a car from car vision in Maple shade Nj. Three days after purchasing the car the engine light came on not to mention they only gave me one key. So the car thank God is under warranty after they gave me such a horrible run around. Now the key situation no one will get back to me I have a man willing to make one for 350-400. Nobody will return my car after numerous attempts. All I want is for them to pay this bill for the key.

When we went back to the mechanic shop located at **** ******** they looked The dash board n noticed how hot ?? the car was getting n told us all to get out!

      The car was too hot to check! We had to leave my car there n they told us they will check it tomorrow when it cooled down! When the mechanic called us the next day being Saturday he told us they found that there was NO ANTIFREEZE IN THE RADIATOR THEY HAD TO BUY ANTI-FREEZE AND PUT IT IN MY CAR RADIATOR AND CHARGED ME APPROXIMATELY $15.99 ( Fifteen Dollars)

      By this time by the car overheating with no snit freeze in the radiator from car Vision’s failure to put anti freeze in my car radiator did nothing more than cause the head gaskets to BLOW! My family and I had to pay **** again to get home had to-pay for another **** on top of approximately over 30 **** rides to get around ( I’m in mobile to walk without a cane) I’m in pain n I really need a LOANER ALONG WITH MY OTHER FAMILY members who are under specialist doctors care!

      I want to be Re compensated for the **** ride I had to take home after only receiving my car back from car vision on august 16, 2023 n it started shaking n rocking n acting up! We could not figure out what the heck was wrong after just picking our car up at car vision.

      So we sat a few in the car n took our time getting home safely! My blood pressure was elevated up so high I called my doctors office to be advised for me to just stay in bed n let your pressure come down! I did as instructed! So that was Thursday August 17, 2023 n I got in the car to take it to the mechanic shop so they could do the tune up that cost me more money in the amount of approximately $248.00 ( Two Hundred and Forty Eight Dollars)  after the mechanics looked at sll the receipts n work car vision had done they did the tune up! That Jay in the car vision service should had recommended I get done before she let me pick the car up that makes common sense.

      After 70th street mechanic shop seen us bringing the vehicle back that same day which was Friday August 18, 2023 n we brought the car back after the tune up who would think that a car dealership n service department had put in the recommended amount of anti freeze in BUT CAR VISIONS NEGLECT N MISTSKES HAS CAUSED ALL THESE PROBLEMS!

      That car was so Hot ?? that as I said above in this second email that the mechanic called to tell Me after the car cooled down They found that the anti freeze they charged to put that antifreeze in was $15.99 ( Fifteen Dollars and Ninety Nine Cents!

      If is unfortunate that **************** feels that our offer of them purchasing the replacement engine and Car Vision providing the labor at no cost of the repair to their vehicle, unsatisfactory.

      This offer was based on the information gathered regarding ******************** vehicle repair request from Car Vision Service Department. It was learned that when the Customer took back possession of vehicle, Car Vision Service Department advised the customer that there was a different issue. However, the Customer refused the work and took the vehicle to a different mechanic shop. The Customer told Car Vision Service they sold her a tune-up. After the repair was done, Customer took it home. Car went back to the same shop and that's when they told her it had no coolant. 

      In sum, the Customer vehicle was repaired at a different facility after it left Car Vision. It was only after the different shop they took it to did the repair and the Customer took it home, that the coolant issue came about.

      As a result, Car Vision propose the following resolution. The customer pay $2000 for the engine with a $1000 down payment and Car Vision will provide the $1500 cost of labor at no cost to the customer.

      It should also be understood that Car Vision's loaner vehicles are a courtesy provided to Customer's while their vehicles are being repaired. If the customer accepts the offer, she will be provided with a courtesy loaner.

      As it stand, the customer has reject **********************'s offer and refuse to negotiate any further and as such this is Car Vision's final offer of resolution to this matter.

      If **************** wishes to continue negotiation, Car Vision is willing to continue to work toward some sort of amicable resolution which will assist with reducing any financial burden, yet the offer is final.

      Unfortunately they never called me to inform me of my car needing a tune up to prevent any other serious damages to my vehicle! 

      They seen on their diagnostic I paid for them to do efficiently and honestly to inform me of any and all dangerous malfunctions!

      Despite Car Vision Mitsubishi stating tht they knokw of a third-party company named Dignifiwho specializes in providing funding loans for service repairs at no interest rate if the  loan is paid off in 6 months.I (******************************** & Veteran Family) are declining that offer due to the fact that the engine getting damaged was from the negligece of Car Vision Mitsubishis FAILURE to put in  the receomended amount of Anti-Freeze after changing my heating hose.

      I would like to also add and make sure that it is noted that Car Vision Mitsubishi was paid in FULL for them to do a complete diagnosis on my 2013 Dodge Journey SXT (gray), in the amount of approximately $141.00 Dollars ( One Hundred and Forty One Dollars). When my car was towed into their Service Shop. It is recommended and owed to any customer who pays and entrust ******************** to do a complete diagnostic test that they are warranted by law to call and inform the customer which is in this case being I (********************************) that my vehicle needed a tune-up. ( Not to wait until their phone call to tell me that my vehcicle is ready and have this noted on the botttom of my receipt). As *** one of their service employees had done.

      Just to be clear the diagnostic testing revealed these parts that needed to be addressed:

      A New Battery- ( This was another misconscrued fee that I was wrongfully charged due that car battery that they stated needed to be replaced with a brand new battery was totally absolite. This car battery that was put in this car when I purchased this vehicle from Car Vision Mitsubishi was less than a year old. It is genrally a grace ******* for any car battery to atleast have a battery covered for 2 to 5 years. In this case this battery that was installed from car vision after I purchased this vehicle and was having problems with my new car statting was replaced with one of car visions brand new battery. This is being addefd in my response just for the record.

      The next phone call I received from *** was about my car needing a fuse box.

      Following that phone call the next phone call I received from *** in the Service Department at Car Visions Mitsubishi was with regartds to my car heating hose having a leak and needed to be replaced. That heating hose was replaced on my vehicle.

      Car Vision Mitsubishi never called and told me that I needed a tune up on my car. They waited to tell me when *** called me on August 16, 2023, to inform us that my car was fixed, knowing that it was not completeed fixed with the diagnosis print out.

      Therefore with *** failing to inform me over the phone that my car needed this tune up and waiting for me to physically show up in person to pick up my car was Car Vision Mitsubishis Negligence and their Service Department Mechanics negligence.

      It was also noted that when I asked *** from the Service Department how long was the car battery they had made me pay for warranty was she went in the back and she asked apparently her supervisor and she came back and wrote omy my receipt that this new car battery from their Car Vision Mitsubishis car warranty was for (24 months). This did not make any logical sense since both these new batteirs were from the same Car Dealerships Mechanical Service Department. I was over charged and never re-compensated. (New Car Battery & Labor Fees).

      After being driven to Car Vision Mitsubishis Service mechanic shop from ********** Car Rental by one of their supervisors as a courtesy. It was close to closing time for car vision mechanic service department.

      My Family & I entrusted car vision mitsubishi with repariing our vehicle and making it safe to drive, but this was not the case. As we were driving home that day of August 16, 2023, this is when our vehcle started shaking, rockikng and acting up. We had to shut the car off and pray that we could make it home safely.

      We did infact make it home safely only to be emotionally and physically drained from this horrible experience. I had to contact my priomary doctors office the  next day being Thursday August 17,2023, because my blood pressure was elevated from me having to receive my car back in an unsafe condition.

      The following day being Friday August 18, 2023, my husband and I proceeded to take our vehiecle to the mechanic shop to have the tune up that *** had not given my car that she should have done to prevent my car from having any shaking or rocking as she herself noted on car visions mitsubis receipt that this is what could happen. I entrusted her as being the mechanic and I entrusted car vision mitsubishi to stand behind their name and quality of work they stated they stood for, but they did not.

      After we took our car to have a a tune-up done that Friday at the **** ****** ******** **** on ***************, Philadlephia, **. We handed the mechanic ALL OF OUR RECEIPTS OF THE WORK THAT CAR VISION MITSUBISHI HAD STATED ON THEIR RECEIPT LETER HEAD THAT THEY HAD DONE. The mechanics at 70th street founded that not to be the truth when they had to go underneath the hood of the car when they had done the tune up receommeded to find out when the car started over heating badly and they waited the next day to check. It was founded that there was NOT THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF ANTI-FREEAE PUT back in the car Radiator., it was little or none. They brought anti-freeze to put in our car radiator and only charged us the $15.99 ( Fifteen Dollars and Ninety Nine Cents) it cost them to purchase it.  

      This is why this ia sure straight and foward case of who was the cause of this engiine being blown and the engine being damaged CAR VISION MITSUBISHI SERVICE MECHANICS. I have submitted all paperwork in and evidence and two videos showing the shaking and rocking of my car the same day we picked it up and therefore My Veteran Family and I dont find that the offer that ******************* from Car Vision Mitsubishi if FAIR AND RESPONSIBLE SINCE IT WAS HIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT MECHANICS THAT CAUSED THE ENGINE TO BE DAMANGED.

      I and my Veteran Family would like for you to tell ***************** and/or The *** of Car Vision that all we would like for them to do is reimburse me of the so called Gold Warranty they charged me in the approximate amoun of $1,500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars) me when I purchased this car that ********************* had stated in the office with my Husband, *********************, Our two Daughters & I present that he was throwing in this Gold Warranty for FREE to me due to one of his workers selling the original car we picked up that had front seats that warmed up. This 1st vehicle that we all had a verbal agreement on for me to come and purchase the next day being Saturday in the month of July 2022, was driven off by another customer. Since ********************* gave Our Family his word that he would park our original 1st pick of the vehcile we wanted to ******* in the back for safe keeping he did not keep his verbal agreement. By law a verbal aggreement and/or a written agreement in any business transaction should be upheld by the laws that govern our country in Business that deal with their customers.

      Due to the facts surrounding our claim against Car Vision Mitsubishi during the time that we have been in a FAIR RESOLUTION AND FOR CAR VISION MITISUBSHI AND ITS ***, MANAGEMENT AND MECHANICAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILYT OF THEIR NEGILENCE IN FAILING TO CALL ME UP INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT IN WRITING THAT MY CAR NEEDED A TUNE UP THE SAME DAY WE PICKED IT UP AND MAKING SURE THAT THE REQUIRED RECOMMENDED AMOUNT STANDARD BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF ANY CERTIFIED MECHANIC SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE THAT MY CAR RADIATOR HAD THE REQUIRED AND RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF ANIT-FREEZE IN MY CAR RADIATOR.

      REFUND ME THE ENTIRE AMOUNT FOR  THE GOLD WARRANTY THAT SALES MANAGER **************** ********************* STATED HE WAS THROWING IN FOR FREE, BUT IT WAS NOT. We find what happened to Our Veteran Family to be unfair, deceptive conduct because this vehicle was unsafe and has defective parts ( ENGINE & BATTERY) and their Gold Warranty the promte through some contract with a warranty company is NOT BEING HONORED.

      We also want to be recompensated in the full amount for the 2nd brand new car battery and labor that car vision mitsubishi charged me for when the 1st new battery was a little shy of less than one year, but this same companys 2ND new battery they stated I needed had a battery warranty coverage for 24 months.This does not make any logical sense.

      We would also like for car vision mitsubishi to have our car avaiable in a safe and clear spot for the tow truck driver to have accessiblity to load and/or put up on his tow truck.

      We will have this tow truck driver pick up our 2023 ***** ******* *** nex month on Friday November 3, 2023, we are not sure of the tow trucks schedule or hours,but we would appreciate if very much if the tow truck driver is not there at your service mechanic shopt before 5pm when that side of your car vision mitsubishi closes can you emphasize that our car keys will be left with the Sales Manager next store to the car vision mechanic shop. We would appreicate it for everyones safety and coverage that when the tow truct driver comes to car vision mitsubishi if the employee of car vision can give us a call to let us  know that this is the right tow truck company and person. Here is my contact number abain ************ ( ******************************* & Veteran Family) for us to have it picked up by a towing company we will email and call their mechanic service department their name and for them to hand over our car keys.       My son purchased a used ****** from Car Vision ****** in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. I am the co buyer. We were issued a temporary registration the day of purchase, 5/27/2023. It expires on 8/27/2023. We asked by phone and in person numerous times what the holdup was getting our registration. We again went to the dealership 8/24/2023, as the temporary registration ends in 3 days. After the same story that Penndot is the delay, turns out the title was lost in transit, reapplied for, and is being processed. After asking for an extension, and providing the Finance representative with Penndot instructions for an extension, we were given a piece of paper on dealership letterhead that there is a delay, they are not responsible, and to call them if there are questions. They claim this is what give everyone when they need an extension, We have 3 days until the temporary registration expires an the dealer refuses the follow Penndots instructions. The two sales managers, ******* ****** and ***** ******* both insist Car Vision is not at fault. ***** ******* claimed in a phone that everything is handled an I will have the registration in 2 days. That was 8 days ago and still nothing. I just want my our registration that we payed for.

      **** car a ***** 28th of 2022 as soon as we got a half a mile from the lot that we bought off Carvision for me which is a ***************************** the check engine light came on and we called them about that the next day when we noticed it and they turned around and told us to bring the car down, we brought the car down and all of a sudden as we were when we got there we turned around and told them that there was no inspection stickers on the vehicle, we have going to them multiple times more than three more than three times. They had the core of the one day for five hours. We gave them the codes that came up, they turned around and did absolutely nothing. We've been going back-and-forth with them about it and they keep sending us to different locations. They have tried to turn around and tell us to take the car to the back and put on illegal inspection stickers without turning around and fixing what's wrong with the vehicle from when it was purchased the check engine light was on They have ignored us. They have not tried to help in anyway schedule they have rescheduled on us they will void it us in every way possible to not do what they're supposed to do and accommodate us to the point where we've even asked for them to buy back the car so we can get a different vehicle because of the fact that they have not fix the problem Still don't have inspection stickers as of August 1 of 2023 and they will not turn around and fix the engine that needs to be fixed and put the actual registration stickers that are valid and they sold us a lemon in the state of PA.. Contract breach. The car had a sticker that stated that do not sell and they sold it to us anyway. Never inspected or checked to see if there was any issues made an appointment to see a new manager manager never showed and sent somewhere else, and was told to go somewhere back to where they originally came from
