I asked for a power train warranty to be refunded. My car was totaled by a rink driver when I was asleep they said they could refund my warrant and apply it to my loan. Its been three months and they are giving me the run around. Never again.

Don't go to none of the car Visions got my car and I have a problems Ever since. when I first bought it. I had to bring it back the very next day because the air wasn't working. And they tried to make me pay for That . 2 days later, my oil light come on because I needed a hose. I had to pay for that . then my car would just shut off. I needed a battery so you'll give me a car that needed a battery had to pay for that. Now I can't even get my car out of park without sticking something down In this tiny tiny hole so I can move. Now my ABS lights coming on. I'm over this car filed a lawsuit on them now im waiting for the outcome.

I had a scheduled appointment to see a specific vehicle. Showed up for my appointment to see the vehicle and was told it’s gone until later tonight or tomorrow because the GM took it this morning to run some errands!!! Already being there I walked the lot to see if anything was similar to what i came to see. Found a vehicle similar, some small things wrong they said they would take care of no problem AND it was $2,000 cheaper than the one I originally wanted. So I was going to settle for this vehicle that was similar to the one I came to see. The salesman we were scheduled with today was very helpful and extremely friendly! Very apologetic for the vehicle we came to see not being there, constantly looking to show us similar vehicles, (much more expensive ones) but he was not the issue at all, nice guy! Then “the numbers guy” comes in telling me he can only give me $11,000 for my trade…2017 Lincoln MKC 33,000 miles only, heated/cooled seats, heated rear seats, navigation, panoramic moon roof…beautiful car! I just wanted to switch to a truck. Lincoln does need rear rotors and breaks, but that doesn’t cost thousands! Getting it done tomorrow for under a thousand! Then they bring the paperwork in with the final numbers and this $26,000 truck I was looking…AFTER trading in my Lincoln AND putting $3,500 cash down, my final cost was $38,548!!!! Not sure who’s in charge of doing the math at this place because my 10 year old can do it better! I wouldn’t recommend these shady characters to my worst enemy. And another fact that blew my mind…if you actually do buy a used car from them at these insane prices…you get a whole 30 day warranty!!!! One whole month!! So $30,000 in debt, 30 days later your motor blows…too bad for you! Stay far far away!!!

Carvision is an unscrupulous business, motor vehicle purchased had multiple problems that the sales associate did not disclose.
Trying to get carvision to fix the problem was unsuccessful.
      SPOILER ALERT! Buyer Beware
buy from a certified pre owned business

I made an appointment to view a 2022 Tesla Model 3. When we arrived and they pulled the car up front, it was immediately apparent that the rims on the vehicle had been changed from upgraded rims to the Tesla base stock rims. The photos of the vehicle on their website included 5 pictures of JUST the wheels, because the rims were an upgraded rim valued at about $700 a piece (totaling about $2800), next to a picture of the VIN number. I informed the salesman, he informed management, and even the man who claimed to be the general manager said “it is what it is.” What it is, is false advertising, misleading and unethical practices to attempt to sell a vehicle without the near $3K upgrade you advertise online. They said it was a “mistake” and the website would be corrected. 5 days later, it’s still not corrected on the website. This is a shady dealership. Buyer beware.

After seeing/test driving a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica, being informed of a "30-day powertrain warranty", paperwork with cost of purchase presented and negations with 2 sales representatives, my final offer was to purchase the vehicle without the "gold standard 4yr or 4,800-mile warranty" which was being offered for purchase through Car Vision. The desk manager aggressively informed me that he wouldn't sell me the vehicle without me purchasing the additional "gold warranty" and expressed his displeasure with me not accepting the negotiated offer they made. After informing him that it was my right as a consumer to shop for a better cost for a warranty, the desk manager left and returned with an agreement of sale which didn't include the cost associated with additional warranty. I signed the paperwork. They then declined me the 30-day powertrain warranty stating that the manufactures warranty was better because it was for longer than the 30-day warranty they offered, and they normally only offer 30-day warranties on used vehicles that are 2016 and older. I opted to not move forward with the purchase. The GM offered to give me the warranty, and told me that in order to prevent someone else from buying the car, I had to put down a cash deposit. Thomas then began to stand over me while I was sitting and began yelling and gesturing his hands towards me while attempting to convince me that he was the boss and wanted me to verbally say, what he was saying made sense. I told him, he won and made the deposit. I was charged an additional $25 for using my card.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! - Incompetent Salesman, A Manager who lies, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - And my salesman was HIGH ON MARIJUANA. The Manager at CarVision Maple Shade did not want me to buy this car because I was paying Case, did not buy his service package, and LIED to me about not taking a Deposit - when it says Deposit right on their sales slip. This Manager literally would not sell me the car and sent me away. I offered to Wire the Money and he told me no. I contacted corporate and they made it right and I wired the money the next day. THEN THEY SOLD ME THE CAR WITHOUT A MANUAL. I have been working with CarVision of Maple Shape for one month since I bought the car, they finally sent me THE WRONG MANUAL. Save yourself the Aggravation - their prices may be low, but you can find a very similar car at a close price at a better dealership!

This dealership manager Steve Is very rude, unprofessional and arrogant towards customers. He talks to customers like they’re not human. Instead of being courteous to customers he’s out right ignorant. But I’m glad I don’t have to ever deal with this dealer again!! It’s sad he’s such a miserable person! Worst dealership ever!!! STAY AWAY!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Me and my husband purchased his vehicle back in April HUGE mistake!!!!!!!! It was advertised to have just to name a few things.... Fog lights, remote less key entry, forward collision warning push start etc. We have the original posting with the picture of the car and all that this car was coming with and DID NOT. After purchasing the car we took it home only to realize that the car we purchased was not at all like the one advertised. He needed to go back up there to resign paper work because the original paperwork's date was wrong so we figured we would discuss the car and all that it did not have at that time. When waiting for his tires to be put on we were approached by the manager that we had also worked with when purchasing the car he came up to us and asked how we were doing and how we like the car I said to him not so much not happy at all cause how would you like to purchase a home that was supposed to come with all these amenities and after you purchased the home it did not!!!!!!! I pulled the original post and showed him all that was to be with this car his response was "I know I'm sorry that we aren't the first buyers to bring this up and have issues with this happening this is a third party advertiser for us" I said to him well that's false advertising and he agreed i said well if you know this why are the continuing to advertise this way its WRONG on so many levels and very disappointing to buyer who when you buy a car that you are thinking is the one only to find out its not at all and now all the paper work is signed and its a done deal, but the salesmen are happy cause guess what they made their money off of false advertising and screwing the buyer so with i said well what can be done to make this right cause it $1,0000s we lost out on and all we get is welll here we can give you 2 free oils changes like really you get $1000s we lose $1000s on your advertisement and 2 free oil changes are to make it all good!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT! Totally DISGRACEFUL!!!

Over all when buying my Tesla from them was ok but after two weeks owning the car they call me and said that they are short 400$ in my 16 grand down payment for the car. I explained them that the financial lady which was dealing with me counted the money 3 TIMES and accepted the money and gave me a receipt for the transaction and now they are short 400$. The manager name Sam smith threatened me that if I don’t give them more money on top the 16grand which I already gave them they will not send me my tag and registration for my car. If they can not control who is dealing the money or stealing from there pocket I am not the one who has to fix there mess up if they will not send me my tags and registration I will be taking them to court for this bad customer service and problem they created
