      This dealership does not have the customer’s best interest in mind. When presented the terms for payment they could not explain an additional $12,000 in price except saying it was interest. When you do the math from the payments, it still didn’t add up. When asked why and how they get their numbers, I was told that’s the value of the vehicle and how they purchase them. So the sale price is not what you end up paying. When asked about how they calculate their numbers to get the astronomical payments they would interrupt saying “that’s not how it works” but couldn’t give me a straight answer or explanation on how it does work. They do not know how to value cars or price them accordingly. They expect you to see a number and be ok with it. If you use this dealership, check the numbers yourself so you aren’t spending a significant additional amount on a vehicle that is not with it. Also, all their cars are dirty. Like bad. Even their advertising photos show the cars not cleaned.

      -500 Stars - Worst Dealership ever...
      Earlier today I contacted the dealership to inquire about a 2022 Nissan Frontier. I was told that they would have the truck pulled up front ready for me to test drive it when I got to the dealership... this was not the case.
      First, when I arrived, I was told that the truck I wanted to look at was missing BOTH SETS OF KEYS (This was suspicious as they had no problem getting the car to the front of the lot). I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt and test drove a similar model.
      After coming back from the test drive, I went inside to talk numbers with the sales team. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR to get the first offer from the sales team. They low-balled me crazy offering $18,500 for my trade that I had appraised at $21,000 by another dealership just a week prior.
      I asked for more on the trade, they came back two minutes later saying that they would not give me a penny more for it.
      The sales manager Tracy Talanca was very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Additionally, the sales person did not know much about the vehicles as they could not answer a simple question about fuel economy.
      The sales manager was combative and began raising his voice with me. I asked for my keys back and they said glady.
      He said that someone else was coming in to look at the same truck at 5pm, I said to sell it to him then and then left the dealership.
      A few minutes later I was contacted by another sales manager asking me to comeback. I told him that Tracy was unprofessional and the sales manager said that "I should take my bull-Sh*t elsewhere" which I did.
      This was the worst car buying experience I ever had, and I beg others to avoid this dealership at all costs.
      Sales person was not knowledgeable and management was unprofessional and unwilling to make a deal.
      I went to the dealership with the best intentions with my checkbook, however, I will be taking my business elsewhere and you should as well.

      I purchased the car march 3, 2023 couldn’t take the car due to insurance problems. So I picked the car up march 4, 2023 around 5pm. On march 5, 2023 not even 24hrs of having the car the check engine light came on. On march 6, 2023 I brought the car back. The manager Keith insisted for me to take the car for a diagnosis at the Chrysler dealership right never door. Because he said it was the Cadillac converter and the Chrysler dealer will fix it for free because Cadillac converter was under warranty with the Chrysler dealership. Now they didn’t give me that appointment till march 15, 2023, comes march 15, 2023 I’m at the Chrysler dealership and they couldn’t help me because car vision reseted the check engine light. I come back to car vision after leaving the Chrysler dealership explained what had happened. Now car vision is saying the Cadillac converter had dust and we sprayed it so it good that’s why the check engine light haven’t came back on. Cool I take the car mind you this place is in Pennsylvania I live in New Jersey. Now I get home and on my way to take my children to practice boom the check engine light comes back on. I have not gone over my 30days or haven’t went over the 1000 miles and they do not want to give me back money. I even called the back and they if I don’t want the car because of its giving me all these problems they should take it back and give me money. Please just help me get my money back.

      There is a lot of bs when dealing with this dealership. I brought a car on 9/19 when the inspection stickers were renewed on the car a week before. During the first week of me having the car, the car started having a very aggressively jerking going on and would rattle when i start up the car. I reported it ASAP. Once i finally got a loaner, i waited a week for the vtc actuator (rattling noise)to be replaced. When i was told it was ready, i test drove it first and the car was still jerking (transmission). I left the car for another week. Next week, which is today, I’m told it is ready. I test drove it again and everything seems good. That was until i went to turn the car off and the key was stuck in the ignition. Eventually it was able to come out. I triple checked to see if it would happen again. Well it didnt happen again until right now ( later in the day). I had this car for almost 7 weeks now and I haven’t been able to enjoy it. I also just made my first payment on it. I should had listened to the reviews when i was first checking out this place.

      Got a good deal online in the middle of COVID in 2020, the Camry has served me well for 2 years. Just traded it in for a Benz!!! Nice people, nice cars, 'nuff said.

      Very pleasant experience buying a 2016 BMW. Got a good price and warranty, the salesman spent 1.5 hours teaching me to use the infotainment system inside (he also has a BMW and knew every bit of the system). It seems at least some of the 1-2-3-star reviews are from their competitors whose prices are higher. At least the experience I got was not at all what these people are writing. I'll be back in a couple of years when I am ready to trade my Bimmer.

      I purchased a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from the Maple Shade dealership February 12th, 2022.
      A few weeks after purchasing, I noticed that my brakes were making a squealing noise. On April 29th, 2022 I scheduled an appointment with the Car Vision service department in Essington to have my brakes inspected and to redeem the complimentary oil change. The appointment was scheduled for May 19th at 8AM. After waiting for over an hour to be seen, the manager informed me that they would not be looking at my brakes because "it would be too costly and too much time". I was informed that I would be better off having my brakes looked at by an independent mechanic. After my visit, I was asked how my experience was with Car Vision and I provided an e-mail that it was very disappointing and a waste of time. I never received a response back.
      I took my car to an independent mechanic on June 17th and was informed that there was some sort of substance that coated my brakes and they gave me a quote for $1,000 to have them replaced and fixed.
      July 30th, 2022 my car got a flat tire. As I was getting the tire plugged, the tire shop owner informed me that my tire was filled with fix-a-flat, which led me to assume that was the substance possibly coating my brakes.
      I tried contacting Car Vision on August 3rd. I sent an email to their general e-mail address. I did not receive any response in regards to my issue, instead phone calls, texts, and e-mails asking me to buy a car from them. I responded back to an e-mail stating that I had purchased a vehicle from them and was requesting assistance with my issues. I was told that my e-mail would be forwarded to a manager. As of August 17th, 2022 I still have not received any response from anyone at Car Vision. Very disappointing. I am warning anyone and everyone not to do any business with this company.

      Unethical and “bait and switch” deals. Pay close attention to the amount being financed, as well as the charges they add to your deal that you don’t ask for (Warranties, gap insurance, and license and registration fee changes). As I questioned why the amount financed on my vehicle kept increasing the finance/site sales manger later told he made “mistakes” in several fees in the original offer.
      Although originally he tried to play it off as “interest rate increases”, assuming I was naive and ignorant.
      Bad business here all around sneaky.

      I purchased a car and there was some issues with my brake. I took it in to get it checked out, after the 3rd check, they said they put new rotor and brake pad in. I still feel it did not improve and felt no changes when applying brake.
      I tried making a new appt, car vision kept putting off my appointment until warranty expired.
      when I bought the car, I was assured that I would be taken care of. I do not feel that is true.
