    At Meridian Dental Specialists (Uniontown), I was told multiple times that my wisdom teeth removal was completely covered and given a cost of only my copay for the procedure. They waited until almost 6 months past the procedure date to inform me that I would be receiving a bill for nearly $4000 and that the procedure actually was not covered (despite me asking them to verify it was with them multiple times BEFORE having the procedure). The receptionist informed me that they incorrectly verified the billing codes that my insurance would cover and, as a result, gave me incorrect information and an inaccurate cost. They have not been willing at this point to make an effort to resolve the mistakes made on their end.
