      I have been a loyalty customer with ********************** for over 10 years. I am ************************************************************** that I was protected with their contract for "full service." They have been charging me between $4.05 and $4.89 per gallon for years when other oil companies charge $2.79!! Now they said if they cancel my contract that I will be charged $799! I am on a fixed budget and they have been taking advantage of me for years. So much for loyalty!

      Criminally bad customer service. Left without heat on a below freezing night with no follow up for a temporary solution after paying a $400 deposit.

      Recently had a broken pipe in my finished basement. Prompt response by Meenan, quick repair at a decent price and a pleasant employee left us thankful.

      We have a “ceiling” plan for our oil so they can’t charge us over the “ceiling” amount of 4.99 if oil market price goes above that. . But if Market is lower, the price is supposed to be lower. Market today is 3.30-3.90. We had our tank filled and they charged us the max price of 4.99 gallon!! Never have we ever been charged so much with this company. When my husband called to get an explanation, Their justification is that they are a bigger company that works on credit and the smaller companies are pay up front. That doesn’t justify how you ROB people. We have called multiple oil companies in the area and all are at fixed rates around 3.50 a gallon. We would have saved HUNDREDS. Just waiting out this contract and then we are DEFINITELY finding a new company. Do not use Meenan for oil delivery, they are going to over charge you and then some!

      Price gougers disguised as "We're a 24x7 operation with lots of overhead", which is not an excuse to pass onto such high oil prices to customers.

      They were on average $1.40/gallon or 36% HIGHER than 7 other local oil delivery companies.

      Mr. Chris M**** is on a variable plan which fluctuates with our cost. We are a full service 24 hour company. Customers may choose to participate in Protective Price plan and may enter in to a Protective Price Plan at any time while being our customer. We do our best to work with every customer to satisfy their concerns.

      THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! CAN WAIT UNTIL MY CONTRACT IS UP CANCELING SERVICE! HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR SIX YEARS.

      This company misrepresented itself right from the first minutes of conversation. I was asked how much oil we used last year 2021 -2022. We did not have a contract with Meenan that season. I told them i would like to be budgeted for a tank and a half approx 425 gallons at a monthly payment of 371.00. They come fill my tank whenever they want even though we asked them to stop. At this rate our payments will be well over what we budgeted. Customer service very skilled at giving you the run around. I advise stay away from this Company they are thieves. I would leave zero stars if that were an option!

      Our heater and hot water boiler went out on Christmas Eve morning. A local diagnoses tech was able to tell us what parts would need replaced, but he didn't have parts. He informed us most places keep them stocked.
      We do not get oil from Meenan, so despite them saying they have the parts we need, and availability of a tech to replace the parts, they refused to provide service, unless we were already contracted oil customers.
