    Dear Better Business Bureau and Gardeners and Gardener Lovers everywhere,I in very good faith, being along with my beloved and loving wife, best friend, and soulmate ***, a very considerable gardener of my decades indeed purchased both seeds and LIVE tomato, pepper, and eggplants from Burpee!But, alas, tragic for the seeds, they were left on our front step in sub-freezing temperatures and so were, according to literature from authoritative sources, killed by the extreme cold! I wrote to the President of Burpee: NO ANSWER let alone acknowledgment of this severe seed problem!Burpee in its OFFICIAL SCHEDULE on its website advised me that the aforementioned LIVE plants would be mailed out to me mid-April BUT according to the most authoritative ****************** ***************** the last frost in ****************** is at least the end of April but that, and this is very crucially important, such plants as these MAY NOT, MUST NOT, NEVER SHOULD AT ALL be planted BEFORE THE **** HAS SUFFICIENTLY WARMED UP. Again I complained to the President of Burpee! Again, NO ANSWER!This an alleged marketing and merchandising and advertising fraud on the general public and on gardeners in particular and so it is with a very important sense of public and moral and business ethical responsibility that I in the very best of good faith indeed write this sad and saddening review and I do so with utmost due respect to the long and ever so honorable history of Burpee world famous for excellence in product and service!
