      Northwest bank is has commented fraud ,payment reported late when I filing a dispute against them.They do not call you back in timely matter just ignores your business truth in lending they take federal reserve notes act as if they don't .they call multiply times basically harrasment.if I could go back I would have never did business with this back .Hopfully they get what they de extortion and racketeer in .

      Northwest Bank is not processing timely electronic payments and wrongfully charging late fees. Northwest Bank refuses to remedy their issue and refuses to remove late fees for payments made 15 days before the due date. Electronic payments are being held by Northwest Bank which creates late fees, and, the additional payment amounts are also not being properly credited. Disheartening business practices which inconveniences me as the customer. The Northwest Bank online banking service to make payments is primitively difficult to set up as well and has not been accessible to me. Proof of timely payments has been provided to no avail. Agents said they did not have a directory with department head names and email addresses which is unbelievable, and claimed it did not have a general email address for simple inquiries or for customer service. Very stressful business interactions. Northwest Bank is undeserving of customers with integrity who pay their loans on time as I continue to do.

      I dont even know where to begin..My mother and I moved to *********** in 2015 transferred her banking to this bank I can't count how many times they had either taken money and/or charges they shouldn't have the final straw is a phone call without any notice they were freezing her account on Wednesday February 1 2023 we went to meet with I'm assuming was the manager who was condescending and she took it upon herself to be a judge and jury on a dispute with a local merchant to make a long story short I'm in the process of filing with the attorney General over this totally illegal and inappropriate action and will never have any dealings with this bank A bank should ALWAYS have their customers best interests and protect you from people taking advantage of you Northwest Bank failed miserably on every level furthermore I'm assuming there is a reason why there is no drive up person instead you must use a machine to do your business.STAY AWAY!!

      Paid off my loan completely. 3 months later they call me telling me there is a balance of 47 dollars. They tell me I cant pay off a car loan without coming into a branch. I live in **** and they want me to drive out of state to pay 47 dollars. I can't pay online because "the amount is so small". I refused to do that. Finally after months I get someone to actually send me a bill so I can pay it off. I open the mail and its just a letter saying I need to call them. Been battling with this bank since July 2022. **************** disconnects the chat after 2 minutes of idle time and that includes when they don't respond after two minutes. I can pay any other time online with no problem but the final payment. This bank is a scam.
