I purchased the 2025 Ram Rebel from Crown at the end of 2024. One reason I chose this truck over the competition was the headlight and taillight features listed on the Window Sticker. You will see pictures of the window sticker as it was on the vehicle at the time of the purchase. After arriving home, I tried to get the animated head and taillights to perform as they should, only to discover the equipment was not on the vehicle as sold. After contacting customer care, I was instructed to take the vehicle into the service department to confirm the equipment was not installed. After confirming the equipment was in fact NOT installed, I met with the salesman Mat **** and General Manager, ******* *******. They agreed that the equipment should have been on the vehicle as represented on the window sticker. I was told they would be having corporate remedy the situation and someone would contact me. Since then, all communications have been ignored, and no one has attempted to rectify this fraud. It has been a month since our meeting with no resolution in sight. (The photos of the white truck indicate the lights that are on my truck (gray) and the ones it should have had.)

I went on 1/2/2024 to purchase my Jeep Compass since my lease was up. The payoff was $12,717.76. Dealership charged me $632.24 above the payoff amount. They didn’t explain the additional charge. They charged me $4200.00 for an extended warranty. They didn’t explain the warranty. I decided it was a rip off & I canceled on 1/10/2024. It was refunded on 2/8/2024 to Truist which is my finance company. I just received a letter yesterday 2/12/2024 from Chrysler Capital. I spoke to customer service representative Latesha. She said they have not received payment for my payoff yet & my account is 26 past due. I spoke to Mary Jane at Crown today, she said check was sent on 1/4/2024 & signed for but hasn’t been cashed. Mary Jane is worried about tracking down a check that is apparently lost. I would like for them to stop payment & cut another check asap. I don’t want this to affect my credit score.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

*****I want to be sure the check is cleared & my Chrysler Capital account is paid in full. Also, make sure it doesn’t affect my credit score. As long as these factors are met, I’ll be satisfied. Thank you!!!

    Regards,

WE BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2023 RAM TRUCK, DEALERSHIP PROMISSED TO PROVIDE A SCOND KEY, WE DROPPED OFF OUR TRUCK ANDWE GOT A LOANER. THE NEXT DAY WE RETURN TO THE DEALERSHPTO GET OUR TRUC AND THEY FORGOT ALL ABOUT OUR TRUCK AND GETTING OUR KEY PROGRAMMED. THEY ASKED US TO BRING IT BACK THE FOLOWING TUESDAY AND THEY WOULD GIVE US FULL DETAIL , FULL TANK OF GAS AND MAKE SURE THE KEY WAS MADE. AFTER THIS SERVICE I GOT A EMAIL TO GIVE FEEDBACK AND I GAVE MY HONEST OPINION. OUR MAIN CONCERN IS AFTER THIS SECOND TRIP OUR BRAND NEW TRUCK WITH LESS THAN 4000 MILES IS HAVING ALL TYPES OF ISSUES. WE CALL THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY STATE SINCE THEY DIDNT LIKE OUR FEEDBACK WE CAN TRY TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR TRUCK.WE HAD NO ISSUES UNTIL WE TOOK THE TRUCK FOR THE SECOND APPOINTMENT. NOW THE DEALERSHIP WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRENTY THEY SOLD US AND SAID WE ARE BANNED FROM THIER DEALERSHIP.WE HAVE A BRAND NEW TRUCK NOT EVEN 3 WEEKS OLD WITH ISSUES AND THE DEALERSHIP WILL NOT HELP US FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM OR EVEN TRY
