    Took my 2019 Wrangler to Crown for corrosion repair to be done by ******** Auto Body through the dealership. It took over 7 months and Jeep stepping in to get anywhere. Once the appointment came, Crown had my Jeep for a month. Supposed to take about five days. Crown gave me my Jeep back with the gas on E (I dropped it off on full) and when I went back into the already uncomfortable service department to complain, they state it didn't go a few miles away to ********, they drove it to ********** in ************* so it was driven a couple hours... (For the record GPS says Black Bear is 166 miles round trip yet a whole tank was used) The paint job was terrible. I still had one original driver door that was to be replaced! They also couldn't find my paperwork. It took them almost two weeks to contact me for answers. The general manager called me because I made a less than desirable ******** post about the terrible workmanship. The manager, **** looked at everything on my Jeep and assured me he would get it all taken care of and apologized for the poor work. He wanted me to take the post down. I refuse until the work is done properly. The following week i finally get the invoice stating they replaced two doors and a hood. I still have my original door.... I immediately reply asking where my $1000 door is if it was invoiced? NO REPLY! Its been almost two months and no one ever called me to get my Jeep in to fix the horrible paint work done on it. I was not calling them because it is their job to fix their mistakes if they would like to avoid bad reviews. The general manager has my number also because he texted me! I got tired of waiting so I traded it. ****************** is incompetent and rude. General manager is of no help. They use Black Bear in ************* who must employ 10 year olds to paint cars... Very untrustworthy operation going on at Crown. I never write reviews or report businesses but this is a necessary one because Crown shouldn't do this to people!
