      I paid for a bought a new iPhone 14 on Nov 11th. Could not get it to pair or function properly. Spent two days on phone with Apple tech and then had to go to Apple Store in person only to be told that i was sold a used phone by them. It was previously owned and the owner had downloaded a beta version of software that was messing up many functions on the phone. I went back to wireless zone and was told that their policy is to sell phones that are returned within 30 days as new phones with no disclosure that your phone is not new and was previously owned and used.
