    I opted to use Move For Seniors to move from Wisconsin to Michigan and included was facilitation services in Wisconsin. The companies that Move For Seniors contracted with were great, but communication by Moves For Seniors was horrible. It took a month to even hear from them and that was only after I emailed a specific person that I was able to get from the retirement community that I was moving to in Michigan. The quote process also took over a month and the initial quote meeting was not set based on the times and days that I had indicated needed to be used. Once I agreed to use them, although I was told they were there to help me make my move easier, when I needed them, they were not available. I do not recommend them at all.

    I used *** to move several pieces of fragile antique furniture and several boxes of antique collectibles from ********** to **************. The *** packers showed up when they said they would and securely and professionally packed all my goods, which exceeded my expectations. It only took about 6 weeks for the delivery of all my goods (met the estimate time for delivery). When it was time for delivery the movers came on the day and time they specified. Upon arrival of all my goods, I was extremely impressed by how everything was packed. All my furniture was handled with the utmost care, it was all boxed and crated and carefully handled. This is the second time I used ***. Moreover, working with ************** in customer service exceeded my expectations, she was highly informative and clear on what to expect. Overall, *** did an awesome job handling my move. I would not hesitate to use *** again and/or recommend.

    I contracted with the company to pick up a desk in Georgia and move it to Texas. They did show up at the gate at Ft. Moore, but could not seem to understand they had to go through the background check process in order to be allowed on post. They left without getting the desk. I made calls, send emails and was promised they would be sending another crew to this "remote" location. Columbus, GA is hardly Searchlight, NV. Today they set up to pick up and never showed up. I have had enough. Never use this company. Apparently, according to the BBB they often "lose" boxes and items and then never pay for them.

    I apologize for the issues that you are experiencing with your shipment. There have been an unfortunate series of miscommunications on our part and our carriers part. We handle thousands of small shipments every year and the overwhelming majority go off without a hitch. We have been working diligently to get this straightened out and as a sign of good faith will be sending you a gift card for your troubles.

    TSI brokered a move cross country. The truck was robbed. The company took no responsibility and blamed the carrier. Was unwilling to share information and only followed up after multiple repeat requests for information. Do not use this company if you need a moving company. They are irresponsible and have no accountability. We will go directly through the moving company next time. It was an awful experience dealing with TSI.

    Over the summer, one of our long-time partner's trailers was broken into while making its way cross country and several of TSI's shipments which were on that particular trailer were stolen. This was an unfortunate incident and something that has not happened in the 30 years we have been in business. Our move partner immediately reported the theft to the authorities and worked with TSI on shipping refunds and insurance claims for our customers. The official police report is still pending but should be available any day at which time we will disclose to our customers. TSI released the information we were given by our partner to our customers when it became available to us and did take some time due to the investigation and retracing of the route. Of course, TSI refunded those customers who were affected by this theft for the shipping and made sure customers who had third-party insurance coverage were paid asap for their claims. For those who did not have additional insurance coverage, we honored and paid out the limited liability coverage included with the shipment. While we understand the frustration and sadness of this customer, we do encourage and offer all customers to take advantage of the additional insurance offered at time of booking. While this is a rare incident and TSI's damage rate is well below the industry average, accidents can occur. Insurance acts as a safety net in the event of loss, damage or theft for our customers but understandably, when it affects a family heirloom or keepsake, not even insurance can compensate for the loss. TSI continues to work with those customers affected.

    My experience with TSI was excellent. Communication making arrangements and updates was timely; movers arrived as expected and were proficient and polite in preparing items for moving (and they took special care with white upholstered chaise lounge wrapping it nicely to protect it from dirt or stain); and items were delivered in great shape. No problems at any time.

    I was very nervous about shipping a 125-year old grandfather clock from California to Kentucky. It took a while to get the clock picked up as I am in a remote corner of California, The team that picked it up and packed it were very careful - they had obviously done this before. Tracking the progress of the clock required me e-mailing someone at TSI, but they were always quick to respond. It took a month of travel time, stopping at a couple different storage places to wait for the next truck, but the clock arrived in perfect condition. My husband's cousin is very happy with it and I'm relieved it went so smoothly. THANKS TSI Jackie P.

    I used TSI to move from Jersey City to San Diego and was super impressed by their costumer service, quality of care with my moving boxes, and price. I called several moving companies prior to reaching out to TSI and was met with incredibly high rates and salespeople accustomed to using scare tactics to lock you into dropping a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure a pick up. I worked with Max Huber at TSI for my move and was so impressed by his friendliness, honesty, and frequent communication. By the time I was ready to book a pickup, I felt well versed in TSI’s policies and procedures. I’m hoping to stay rooted in San Diego, but if I ever need to move back east, I would 100% book again with TSI.

    I used TSI to ship a dining set from Chicago to New Haven, CT. The responses for quote and questions were very prompt. The crew picked up, packed and delivered the set as promised. The dining set arrived in good condition with no damage. The delivery time from pickup to delivery took about a month as stated in their quote. I am happy with their service.

    We used TSI to move an antique desk and trunk from California to Ohio we totally recommend TSI. They were very professional and helpful from my first email requesting a quote until the delivery of the items. The pick up and delivery teams were friendly and handled and wrapped and unwrapped each item with care so no damage would be done. Thank you very much TSI.
