    I had 6 large pieces of antique furniture moved from Buffalo Ny to Southern California. Fantastic service, they took their time wrapping and carefully moved all the pieces. So much so, that the woman running the storage units came over and commented on how she doesn’t see that quality service ever !

    Very satisfied with the service. Great customer service, when I had a concern or issue it was immediately addressed and resolved. My piano was delivered in the same condition it was picked up and the delivery team were friendly and accommodating. Very happy. Thank You!

    The professionals at TSI were exactly that.. professional! Everything from the initial contact to to delivery went smoothly. Kathy at the main office in PA was extremely responsive and helpful in detailing the care and options available for my shipment (transport of a rare antique sewing cabinet from CA to TX) and made me feel valued as a customer. I was kept informed regarding when the cabinet had been collected, as well as the approximate delivery date. When the cabinet finally arrived, the men delivering and unpacking the cabinet arrived on time and were both friendly and courteous. They un-crated the cabinet on my front porch before carrying it to the exact location I indicated. They encouraged me to inspect the machine... not one scratch! I can not thank TSU enough as they handled this treasured antique as if it were their own.

    I needed to move antique furniture and dishes after my mother passed away. The furniture was in rural Kentucky and I needed it to be shipped to Arizona. I found TSI on google and Carol was fantastic from the very beginning! Everything happened exactly as she said it would and my load arrived in perfect condition.     I found TSI on Google and they were great. Steve was very responsive and guided us through moving our stuff from an out of state storage unit to multiple states. Everything was seamless. I would highly recommend using TSI.

    One day I spent several hours contacting movers and I found TSI, and Carol T**** helped with a no obligation or pressure quote and explained every single question related to my need. Paperwork was clear. Process and move was straight forward and the furniture was well packed/protected. I am keeping their info for any future needs and I would recommend them any time.

    I may never again need a company to move a piece of furniture and six boxes halfway across the country. That sort of circumstance is not something you do regularly. But I absolutely will be saving their contact information just in case I or a friend ever needs this specialized service. They did an excellent job of picking up and delivering my motley collection of items. I was really sweating it, because picking up those items depended on them working around my brother’s schedule— not a problem. They coordinated smoothly with him to pick my items up when he was available. I worried about the heavy fragile items (A lamp and a marbletop); no problems there. They packed the marble top like pros. And when they delivered… perfect. You may not need these guys every day, but when you need them, you can trust that they can handle the job.

    I used TSI for a small move from New Jersey to California, and I could not recommend their services more. From the first time I found them on ****** to ultimately having my boxes arrive in California, the service was highly professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. My boxes shipped in the expected timeframe and were undamaged. If I had a question, they were attentive to emails and phone calls, and all around, very hands-on in the process. If you are considering a small move of any sort, definitely consider using TSI and you won't be disappointed!
