Looked into job services online and found Lensa through another source, which I no longer wish to use or receive emails ******* the latest emails, I cannot unsubscribe from Lensa's email alerts for job listings. When following the Unsubscribe link, it requests me to log in; the login doesn't work, and signing up to try and associate my account with something to delete an existing account asks for additional personal information (address, desired jobs, phone numbers, etc), which I don't wish to give.I requested to be removed from their services at their support email on 5/3/2025, and have still received emails. I made a second request today, warning that I would file a complaint with BBB if I wasn't removed from their email list or other services.The latest support ticket for that request came with a case number, so maybe they finally decided to respond.Business Response

After investigating, we werent able to locate your first email from May 3rd in our system, which is why you didnt receive a response at that time. However, we did receive your follow-up message and created a support case immediately, which is when you were sent a case number.
As noted in our reply, delete/unsubscribe requests can take up to 48 hours to fully process due to job alert emails that may already be queued for delivery. We understand this delay can be confusing, and were working to make this process more seamless and transparent.
Please rest assured your request has been handled, and you should no longer receive further communications.
If you continue to experience issues, feel free to respond to your case email and well prioritize resolving it.

I have unsubscribed from there email spam numerous times and they continue to send me emails if it continues I am going to file a complaint with the state attorney generalBusiness Response

Although the response that it takes 48 hours for their system is an untrue statement as I had unsubscribed over 7 days and still received email not only from them, but they signed me up for other spam employment email services

Ive tried multiple times to unsubscribe from their emails that come non-stop through out the day. It doesnt work. I do not want any emails from Lensa. It should be an easy request but appears to be some kind of scam to harass me and others.Business Response

This business is sending me 10+ emails a day from several different emails. I've unsubscribed via Gmail and their website but they still keep coming in. I've reported it as spam but they still come through. The jobs they send don't even come with direct links. ***** this website!!Business Response

On Oct 28th I applied for jobs on glassdoor, linkedin, and indeed. Within 20 minutes I started getting spammed with emails from Lensa that were AI created job alerts. The emails did NOT stop. On Oct 29th the calls started, ex cept they were from different companies (EX. Top Resume) I started getting confirmation that these companies received my information from Lensa. I have not been able to stop the emails or calls and no one will speak to me regarding the inethical ways they obtain and sell information, but the calls and emails persist.Business Response

I keep receiving spam emails from lensa and I wish not to receive them anymore. I have attempted to unsubscribe but I still receive them even after doing so. I want them to stop sending me emails please.Business Response

The email spam is unreal. I have been trying to get myself off this site's mailing list for ages and it seems that I am getting just as many, if not more, than I was before trying to unsubscribe myself via the email link. This company has been constantly sending me spam emails and calls and selling my information to 3rd parties, I've been getting 4-5 spam calls every other day early in the morning and they will not stop. This is unacceptable and I need it to stop. I do not want to be emailed by Lensa or any of their 3rd parties anymore or I will take higher action to prevent this.Business Response
