    Ordered wheels and tires and some other less expensive items over a month ago and everytime I email or chat online with them they say they’re working on getting an eta on my order! I’ve Contacted the tire manufacturer and they say that they have fulfilled all back ordered tires with quadratec so what is the hold up??

    I purchased a ******* receiver and associated installation bundle along with some ****** speakers from Quadratec for my 88 ******** on 6/1/2022. A few days later the Speakers arrived in a shipment that was supposed to include the receiver also, but did not. I contacted Quadratec, and they created another order and said I would get the receiver shortly. 2 weeks later I still had not received my stereo, so I spoke with an agent via live chat who said she would "look into" why I still had not received my items. I never heard anything back. I emailed several times requesting an update, I even just asked for my money back so we could move on, I still have never received a response on any of my requests and have not heard from Quadratec since 7/7 and it is now 8/12. They refuse to answer any of my emails or respond to me with any kind of status on my order.

    I am very sorry to see this. The manufacturer unfortunately does not ship directly from them and we were waiting on a stock shipment for these but we do not have them in stock. I have refunded you for the entire order so you can order a new radio that is in stock that you would be interested in and you can keep what you have received though. I do sincerely apologize for the delay in response and the trouble this has caused.

    Ordered and paid for an antenna on May 15, 2022. Card charged confirmation email received. No follow up from vendor about shipping or delays. Inquiry made 2 weeks later by customer. Advised of supplier delays in back order. Customer inquired 2 weeks later and told Shipping in progress. Customer Checked in by email a week later and told that earlier vendor response was wrong, and there is no product to sell. Customer requests refund and told that would be processed. No payment received, despite calls and e-mail. Customer does not believe Quadratec can or intends to deliver and appears incapable of refunding purchase money. Customer is limbo and Quadratec appears to be waiting out to avoid refunding. Customer happy to go away upon full refund.

    On 6/19/2022 I ordered the brute strength aluminum bumper, item number **********. The bumper was delivered with no problems. When unboxing the bumper I was missing the hardware packet ( ********** ) and part number 7 (*** Nut Plates (***) ) from the bumper parts list. I called customer service on 7/18/2022 and was told they would ship a complete new bumper and I could remove the parts needed and the return the second bumper as they could not just ship the missing parts. On 7/19/2022 I received a notice that the replacement bumper was on back order. I immediately called customer service back and asked for an eta. I received a second notice saying there was not an eta available. I then asked customer service and asked if they could ship the narrow bumper (**********). Same bumper but with a different width front facia, as it has the same parts I needed. I was told this was not possible even though this bumper was in stock, at that time. I then asked to talk to a supervisor and was told one would call me back within 24 hours. I have not heard from anyone and it has been over 24 hours.

    I ordered a replacement top for my **** from a company named Quadratec. I was told at the time of order it may take up to 4 weeks to receive my order. After 6 weeks and no update and no product , I canceled my order with Quadratec. That is when the problem started. It has been 3 business days since the order was canceled and the customer service department has advised that they cannot refund by money until the company they contracted with agrees. No where in the advertisement for the product did it say they were brokering the product for a third party seller. Further, their advertised policy was a guaranteed hassle free customer experience. They have held $813.00 of my money for now 7 weeks and I cant get to refund the money timely. Please help me with this issue.
