    Ordered "in stock" suspension kit from Quadratec. Items were in fact not in stock and took over 2 months to ship. I requested order cancellation via their website. Back ordered items shipped nearly 2 months after the placement of the order and cancellation. I am now responsible for shipping costs back to this company for items I cancelled. **************** does the bare minimum to help. Waited on the phone to speak with customer service *** for over 50 minutes and never was able to reach someone. Online chat was the only way I was able to reach out for a response. *** was issued but chat ended right away by their ***. I get the impression, it is what it is and now I'm responsible for additional costs because this company isn't truthful about stock.

    I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter's Jeep from Quadratec. I inquired about this item almost a month after I ordered since I had never received tracking for the item and never received the item. Two days after my inquiry, I received a tracking number that showed the item had been at a shipping terminal for about 30 days. The next day, it showed delivered, and I still had not received my product. They emailed me back to let me know that it had been delivered, and I let them know it had not been delivered. They responded that I needed to check with ***** to see where the product was. As the shipper, they should contact ***** to see where the product is, but apparently, customer service is not a high priority at Quadratec. I have shopped with Quadratec for years, but after this, I will find someone else to buy my Jeep accessories from who values their customers.

    They will charge your card for products they do not have in stock. And I have yet to receive my $195.99 refund after I cancelled the order.
    The first agent told me , 8 days ago, that they would contact their third party shipper. I did business with Quadratec not some third party. This should all be in the add description.
    I have spent a lot of money on jeep parts. But, never again from Quadratec.

    I received my new bumper. It was damaged. I called and received a new bumper that was even more damaged. I decided to live with the scratches on the first one. After 8 months the bumper rusted out. After multiple calls over two months I have been ignored by quadratec. I’m stuck with the bumper. I won’t be using them in the future

    Read the reviews in Jeep forums before buying from Quadratec. The BBB ratings are not an accurate portrayal. It may not have always been this way but Quadratec has lots of items available for sale, with estimated ship dates that are extremely inaccurate. Never ever drop ship with them. As soon as they have your money they will wash their hands of everything. They will never be able to give you an update on your order. They don't care if you waited 6 months they still make canceling those orders much harder than necessary. I would never recommend them after my first and only experience with them. Lots of other companies do drop shipping, none are this much of a disaster. You usually can still get order updates easily and cancellations aren't this complicated. Quadratec is not recommended by me or most of the Jeep community. Look elsewhere. I ended up having to dispute with PayPal

    I'm writing this review because it has to be said. All of these 5-star likes are bots. I tried posting an honest review on their website for a set of drum brakes that didn't come with any springs. I called up quadratec and spoke with Trisha first who said to me I was out of luck and couldn't return or exchange it I had to go out and buy another kit. I purchased the other kit and the shoes and drum brake itself are also too short. Checking the website the parts stated it would fit customer reviews seems good on it so I bought it. Well, I was getting to it now since the summer heat is over and realizing that this is all wrong. I tried posting the review to quadratecs website, but it was removed before it was even posted. They purposely remove reviewing so it doesn't look bad on them. I wonder what a lawyer could do
