    This is a terrible company to do business with, they do nothing they say they will. They delivered what I wanted BUT, they said they would call before delivery, they didn't. It was raining out side, they left the Balloons and the plush bear outside, they just left it at the door and left, no one was home and the delivery was ruined, the delivery was for my sick grandson to was taken to the hospital for some urgent care earlier that morning. I was very very disappointed with the manner in which they say they'll do the delivery and then do something else. I will never do business with this company again and would suggest that no one do business with this company. Businesses like this need not be in business. If I could give them less than a 1 star rating I would.

    I wish there is a negative star as that is what I am grading the service. This service and business lied. They stole from me. I have used before and there was not a problem with the address I sent it to. Now they said the address was wrong. I sent through correspondence the same address as it was really the right address and they insinared it was re delivered which my son or the recipient did not get any notice at their apartment. Do not order from them as they charged me almost $50 for delivery to ***** and then the item was almost $80. They stole $130 from me. Bad business, and gift blooms their way of fixing it? But another item and they will give me 20% discount. What kind of a deal is that when youre wrong! I hated this site, pls do it order from them, there are no insurance on your item if they claims you made a mistake with the address. Bad business this place is! Bad, horrible service. They are thieves

    I experienced the same issues as those shown here. They had no problem in taking my money for a balloon bouquet to celebrate my dad's 99th birthday. Delivery date was confirmed on the invoice. Also the company assured me that if there was a delay in delivery, I would be notified. Balloons never arrived, nor did an updated delivery date. Sent the company an email, stating the issue and requested a full refund. No reply. These are bad actors and do not operate with fidelity.

    Scam, horrible company
    I ordered floral arragement for parent birthday to be delivered on 2/15 order was never shipped but my credit card was charged
    They refused to respond to order status updates
    I have been unable to reach company by phone, messaging nor LIVE CHAT
    I want a full refund
