      Weed Man has done very well with my lawn. They are very responsive and always available if I need anything. Their customer portal makes it convenient to manage my account which I really appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a local company that cares about high quality service.

      This is a very poorly run company. They perform unauthorized services without approval, high dollar services eg. over $300 and trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth. It takes 3 to 4 phone calls to get a refund .How they stay in business is puzzling. I am making it a top priority to discourage family & friends from using this company. If zero stars were an option they would surely have O !

      ************************** agreed to purchase services from a technician on the lawn, who submitted the order. When ************************** indicated that he did not recall the conversation with the technician to order the services, we immediately returned his money. He never informed us that he was unhappy with the quality of service, otherwise we would have corrected the situation.

      Weedman contacted me dozens of times before using them in 2022. I finally gave in and said that they could treat the front yard twice and only twice. The agreement was if I was to continue with any more treatments that they would contact me first before proceeding. They did the first 2 treatments and then followed up with 2 more treatments without contacting me for authorization. I specifically discussed with them those guidelines but they did not listen and then proceeded to charge me. Now they continue to harass me for payment. This is very unscrupulous tactics assuming that you want to continue treatments. I was told by one of the employees that this is their policy. Their policy is to get you to start treatment and then to never end them. They should be ashamed of themselves and be penalized for such immoral business practices. I'll never use another weed service again.

      We offer a program that has 7 treatments that can be cancelled at any time - since you signed up mid-season, it was a 6 treatment program. Our records show that you did not provide notification to cancel your services after the second application, thus we continued to treat your lawn as outlined in our confirmation letter. As a gesture of goodwill, we did write off a fourth application that was performed before any cancellation request was received.
      Regarding the marketing calls, we need to respond to people who express interest in our service, but are happy to place anyone on a "Do Not Call List" immediately upon request. We have placed you on our Do Not Call List so you will not receive any further calls from us.

      The agreement information is incorrect. My agreement was very clear with the salesman on the phone. Two treatments were to be done with no further treatments without my consent. The original emails states 2 treatments and no more. There was never a 7 treatment made or agreed upon. The assumption on the companies part was some typical agreement was made but that was not the agreement with the salesman on the phone.
      I appreciate the gesture of goodwill but this would never have come to this if the salesman would have confessed to the agreement or made notes of that as specified by the customer. This was made complicated by the company for making assumptions and not communicating clearly with their customer.

      In listening to the call recording, the sales *** understood that the customer would cancel after 2 services if unhappy, since we do not offer partial programs to our customers and he mentioned that we would do "the first 2 of 6 applications" in our first visit since the season was already underway. There was no intent to sell more services than was agreed to.
