Completely disgusted with their billing department. I was getting bill after bill after bill kept paying them kept paying them trying to call them no one calls me back. So I’m keep paying these bills and then I get this you know we’re returning you into collections again for 30 some dollars I’m like what the heck. So I’ve finally get a hold of them here I had been paying on one account which we had a huge credit on and they had my husband, myself and my daughter on three different accounts. so all this money I’m sending is going to my husband‘s account. He’s got this huge credit up like 400 and some dollars in the meantime I had talked to several people that asked for a supervisor I got her she promised to call me back and get this straightened out within a week didn’t hear from her for a month then called another one. She was supposed to call me back that day didn’t hear from her. It’s just ridiculous finally called and I wanna talk to the highest one in charge, then I get a check in the mail And I still get it collection. They don’t know what they’re doing with billing is so screwed up and I took so much time to get this straight. It was so irritating.

This company sends people fraudulent ems bills and then get upset because ID information is not provided to them when questioned and expect the elderly to pay for fraudulent bills. Another way to scam the elderly.

I have NEVER BEEN TO P.A. They started sending me a bill for $910.73. I talked to, I talked to them, I freaking talked to them. They FINALLY SAID oh we just skipped traced your name. Told me they would correct it. That was 3 flicking years ago. Opened my mail box today, guess what? THE SAME FRICKING BILL AGAIN,SAME DATE,ETC,ETC. Now they threatened legal action. Bring it m*** To top it off, I was at home with covid. Which is documented. Let the fun times begin!!!!!
