    I have been getting insulin pump supplies from CCS Medical for several years and the service has been fine until recently. Every time a call to check on my insulin pump supplies, they tell me that the prescription they received from the doctor is wrong and they are waiting for a new prescription. I cannot believe that a doctor's office has sent in about 5 wrong prescriptions. They will not let you talk to a supervisor and I am out of pump supplies. This company need to be discontinued as a ******** contract supplier.

    CCS is a nightmare to deal with. They are refusing to ship my insulin pump supplies under the excuse that they aren't getting the lab results from my doctor. Truth be told my doctor has records of successful faxes being sent. Then CCS requests more labs my doctor is guessing proves I'm diabetic, 52 years after I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I've never in my 52 years of being diabetic had a supplier request labs. Even my insurance has never requested labs. My insurance has asked my doctors to explain why my treatment is necessary but they have never asked for labs. I suspect CCS is running some kind of insurance fraud. I've had to resort to ******** marketplace to get supplies at this point. Bad way to do business CCS.

    I would give 0 stars if that was an option. They "requested" a prescription from the doctor almost a month ago when we called to reorder. We called to check on the order and they had requested it from an old doctor and not the updated one. We called the dr and they sent over the needed prescription and told us wait 24hrs because that is the time that CCS needed to process it. Over 48hrs later, we call CCS and they said they would now send it over to the review team since we called and to call back in another 24 hrs to have it shipped. Why will it require 3+ calls to have their system drop the prescription to the needed areas. It should be an automatic drop to the next department and not patient driven. At this point we will have to pay rush shipping at our expense and will be looking for another company.

    This company should be shut down. Customer support is non existent. They talk to you but then nothing promised actually happens. Every time I renew the prescription it takes a month to get my glucose sensors which jeapordises my health because I don't get them in time. You cannot speak to a manager, they want you to send an email. I tried calling corporate and they said someone would small.me back. 24 hours later still no call. It is June 21 rst and I have tried to get my prescription filled since the end of May. Everything they have told me on each call has been untrue. I don't have an option as Humana arranged the service with CCS. This doesn't say much for Humana although most of my dealings with them have been good.
