      Recently got our homes windows replaced with LEI. The whole process was so smooth and we never felt pressured. Someone was always reaching out to us with updates on our expected install. Affordable, quick and great customer support. Looking forward to less drafty windows! Overall very pleased with our entire experience.

      We have had 18 windows and a door on order since November 2022. We were originally told March install, then April install, then June install, and now we have no clue if windows are actually coming or not at this point. LEI has had over $9,000 of our money since November, otherwise we would probably cancel and look elsewhere at this point. Very disappointed with the communication is an understatement. We make numerous calls and can't get an answer or call back from anybody. If we were starting the window purchasing process over again, I would stay far away from LEI. I hope my story changes, but this is how I feel today.
