    I purchased a time share years ago and then renewed it a few years ago. Part if the time share is to deposit your week for an exchange. I have been trying for over a year to get in touch with the resort and have not been able to reach them at any of their listed numbers. Last year I drove to the resort. The place was in shambles and being rented out by a camp. No one was manning the desk to take calls. I finally found someone to talk to and they assured me someone would call me. They never did. I want to deposit my year and do an exchange but can't get in touch with anyone. I think this business may be defunct, but they are still taking reservations online.

    I have tried several times to contact the resort to schedule a vacation exchange from mountainlaurel for ********************** but all numbers posted dont work,I have filled out the information to contact support but no one has contacted me about my exchange. I dont want to lose my week.

    Mountain Laurel has not responded to my various messages. Their phone number is no longer in service. I have no way of depositing my timeshare week or booking to stay. I've been an owner for approximately 17 yrs. I'ts criminal to just disappear when we've paid for our timeshare!!

    I am trying to deposit my week at Mt Laurel Resort since November 2022. The secretary Tell me that I cant do this since Mt Laurel is no longer associated with interval international and the owners are negotiating with ***. I have called both companies and they have no knowledge of this. I am being held hostage since I cannot go on a vacation until my week is deposited for points. Please help. I see from the complaints I am not the only one in this situation. I am not able to reach anyone no matter how much I try to reach out and they do not answer emails.

    I am a time share owner at Mountain Laurel Resort & Spa in White Haven, Pa. I have been trying to deposit my week with them for over three months. I have called sporadically over that time and no one answers the phone. I finally decided to spend a chunk of time on Friday, September 29, 2023 and try to reach them. I tried every phone number I could find and there is never an answer. I finally called the ***** ***** police department to see if the resort was still in operation and they told me that they didn't think so. I am at my witts end and don't know how to resolve this. I cannot use my week with ******** ************* until I can deposit it with Mt. Laurel. I'm not sure how to proceed from here. Thank you very much for your help.

    This is a place my husband and I bought a timeshare from 20 years ago. We just signed a contract and paid and renewed for another 20 years in fall of 2022. the last time I was able to get a hold of them I was told they were switching from using interval international to RCI. I was told I could call back for more info at the beginning of 2023 if I did not receive info regarding this in the mail. I never received anything in the mail. I have been calling there number everyday at different times and no-one answers. I have emailed them as well and no-one responds. we would like to bank our week so we can use it at a later time but I can't get ahold of this place! Im so upset. I paid for another 20 year contract and now no-one is answering there phones and I don't know what to do?

    I am a unit owner. #****** I have been trying to call Mountain Laurel and email them since March 2023 so I can trade my timeshare. The phone number provided online rings without an answer and the emails go unanswered. I'd like someone to reach out to me so I can trade my timeshare that I spent $570 on and another $350 for the trading company which I can't use because I have been unable to trade my timeshare. Could you please help me to get in touch with them? thank you.

    I have a stay booked for this Friday and have been trying to call, email, message all week about cancelling but no one answers the phone or responds to messages. They have a 24 hour cancellation/refund policy which means today at 4pm I will be past the time even though I’ve made numerous attempts to contact them to cancel.

    On 12/11/2020 we received a letter from the New Mountain Laurel Resort and Spa, PO Box 9, White Haven, PA 18661 to extend our contract for our timeshare for **********************, *********************************************************** until 12/31/2045 at a renewal fee of $759.53 plus 6% tax $45.57 for a total of $805.10. We sent a check for $805.10 to the New Mountain Laurel Resort and Spa to extend our contract with them on 1/27/21 until 12/31/2045. In March, 2023, we contacted Mountain Laurel Resort to see why we did not receive a maintenance fee so we could pay that and deposit our week with *********************** Then we called Mountain Laurel Resort and found out that they did not renew the contract for the timeshare with ********. This is a default of contract and they should be required to return our money to us since they did not renew the contract but took our money and telling us that it would extend our contract until 12/31/2045. We sent a letter to Mountain Laurel Resort, but have not heard back from them regarding returning our money. What can we do to get this money returned to us?

    This is a Breach of Contract. I can no longer use my timeshare week with Mt. Laurel Resort and Spa and ********************** because they no longer are acceptable for trade weeks. I paid $905.77 on 4/13/2020 to renew and extend my original purchase contract to year 2046.
