I have purchased timeshare in 1991. Then renewed it in 2021 for additional 20 years. I called to pay my maintenance fee on Feb 7th and was told they have not signed new contract with Interval which means I can't trade my timeshare week... I am demanding a refund for this breech of contract and NO ONE has emailed me back except once telling me this was sent to corporate location. I asked for corporate phone # or Person to speak to and the email address will not email me back any longer.Initial Complaint

I have been owner for 20 years and just paid over $800 to renew my timeshare which mountain Laurel sent me bill for and received payment. Now I am trying to deposit my week and all I keep getting is run around with phone numbers and emails that never answer. I was told someone would get back to me when did chat online in their website but nothing. Than was told under new owners and still negotiating and don't know when they will get back to me but had no problem taking my money. Would like a responseInitial Complaint

Paid to extend timeshare with mountain laurel resort and transferred ownership from ********************* to *****************. Wanted to utilize time share abilities as able to interval international. When speaking to Mountain Laurel in October 2022 stated that they were switching time share companies and should have information by December 2022. The company has not been able to provide us with information and have not been able to reach company by phone and no response to email inquiries. If they cannot fulfill obligation we paid for we would like our money back. We were very happy with service before but quite disappointed over last several months. Any help to resolve would be appreciated.Initial Complaint

We bought a timeshare at Mount Laurel Resort and spa for a period of 20 years. We get to have a week every other year. This year would be our last year but they are saying there are no weeks available. We have been trying to book since August last year. On top of that we were told that the management are deciding if they are even going to honor the week. We have no access to any management. We've been trying to call multiple times and have been getting the run around or can't get through. Staff at the resort that we have spoken to have told us they do not know what is going on. I would appreciate anything you could do to help us. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I am a timeshare owner at The Mountain Laurel Resort & Spa, Membership #******. Each year in January, I have been able to deposit week to ********************** in order to exchange for another timeshare. I can not reach anyone at Mountain Laurel Resort because the phone number is disconnected ************ or the other phone number *********** is either always busy or no one ever answers. I have been trying to reach them for 6 weeks. I emailed them as well and no one replies. On line if you try to book a room, you still can and contact the virtual reply person ****** who told me several times someone will call but will not give me information. I believe they are either out of business and will not honor the timeshare holders vacation week but are continuing to take "Hotel" reservations. I have one year left on timeshare vacation plan and I would like an answer. If I can not exchange the week then I want my money back for 2023 if they can not give me an exchange number. I believe there is something shady going on. I was able to stay at the resort last summer in 2022, so whatever is going on, is something recent and they will not communicate with us. Please help. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I am trying to deposit my week at Mt Laurel Resort since November 2022. The secretary Tell me that I cant do this since Mt Laurel is no longer associated with interval international and the owners are negotiating with ***. I have called both companies and they have no knowledge of this. I am being held hostage since I cannot go on a vacation until my week is deposited for points. My week is usually between June and July and is worth at least 75,000 points for a two bedroom unit. Please help. I see from the complaints I am not the only one in this situation.Initial Complaint

I booked a weekend at Mountain Laurel Resort this past weekend. This place was horrible and I was completely scammed. This place should not even be opened due 59 safety, cleanliness, lack of staff, poor maintenance, and false advertising. The website is false advertising and very deceiving. Website states there is a restaurant, heated indoor pool and *******, spa, mini golf etc. there was none of this. Place looks like it should be condemned. There are 5 staff people, no cleaning crew, no security with doors opeNed everywhere, garbage all over the place. Wings and doors all closed off. There were about 5 guests total. On top of this there was some animal running around in wall keeping us up and last night we were awoken by fridge making a loud wailing noise. It went on for an hour. Tried calling and going to front desk but no one was there of course so we left in middle of the night leaving key at front desk on counter. This is not ok. I should not have to pay for something like this. The website conned me and being there was a total nightmare and not safe. This place is very bad! Not once did I see cleaning staff. There were certain floors of hotel that had cots with mold in the hallway. Grounds had garbage and overgrown grass e wry where. This place should not at all be in operation.
